I had a great experience at Haidilao! Mark provided excellent service—he was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. The food was delicious as always, and the service really stood out. Highly recommend!

Went 04/25 for dinner with a friend. First time hot pot experience. We were greeted promptly, had a fantastic server who explained everything to us. Some of the options were not for my taste of food but everything was fresh and the restaurant was very clean. Great experience!
