Good food and service

I bought food here today and I realize chicken wasn’t even fresh. I was disappointed when I use to buy at this place and now it’s not even good.

Love the food, service & everything about this restaurant. Best place to eat authentic hakka Chinese food with veg and non-veg both options. My personal favourite combination is chicken manchurian with veg hakka noodles. But I also love their chicken pakora, poutine and fried rice. Dumplings were average here but i have only tried steamed ones. Better quantity with very affordable price.

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I ordered my food at the front so I guess they assumed I was taking it to go. When my food was ready and I sat to eat a little bit before I get back to driving, I was ushered out by the owner in the worst manner. Apparently their policy is either you sit and order from menu or you get out. Policy is policy, I understand but the way it’s enforced makes all the difference. I would never go back there and I would advise anyone against going there if you appreciate a good service.

I've been visiting this location and the Markham location on and off for about a decade. My experiences have been mixed over the years, which is one of the reasons I don't visit as often as I used to.
Generally speaking, I've found the customer service to be subpar, not the most welcoming. There have been a couple occasions last year, a gentleman who used to work behind the counter and consistently provided friendly, excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was not one of those positive experiences.
My order was made incorrectly, and when I brought it to the staff's attention, they didn't seem interested in resolving the issue. Rather than argue, I decided to leave it alone, but I left feeling dissatisfied.
What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that while I was still eating, a female server placed the bill and payment machine in front of me without asking whether I was finished or ready for the cheque. I found this to be quite off-putting. As a customer, it felt as though I was being rushed out rather than allowed to enjoy my meal. A simple check-in to ask if I was ready for the bill would have been appreciated and is basic customer service etiquette.
After being a customer for many years, I know this location is capable of providing a better experience. Unfortunately, this visit reinforced why I don't come here very often. Customer service and attention to detail matter, and consistency is key.

A simple smile and a quick check-in would go a long way in making customers feel welcome rather than rushed. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration and works to improve the overall customer experience.

Great place to take the family or just get take out great seats food fry rice the spiciness is perfect no complaints about food.

Came for the bombay chicken on steam rice and it did not disappoint.

The manager here is the rudest person ever and has no respect for customers. I got yelled at by him over a mistake the kitchen had made with my order. I was being extremely nice and he was being so defensive and he wouldn’t even let me talk.

Worst of worst place to dine in or take out
Extremely disgusting behavior from staff and owner, save your money don’t ever go here to eat. First time tried this location and suffered with bad food poisoning.

I just had food over there. It was veg manchurian. It was so hard that you can not cut with knife as well. When i asked to serving lady meagan, she charged full and did not disclose name of manager. Addition to that they took 10% gratuity when i said no. They did not provided new dish too. I was regular customer who visit the place once in a month. Staff was so rude. Even when i ask manager he stayed away and did not replied properly. Very very disappointed with food and service. They did not allow us to talk to any responsible person and owner.
