Visited this place a few months ago and writing a review now. Went for a bday and had a great time - chicken, crab, lamb, veggies, meats, drinks, sauces. May come back again later in the year for my birthday!

This meal at Happy Lamb Hot Pot was an amazing experience, this place offered a wide variety of different foods, from all kinds of meat, to many vegetarian options. The service here is the best of the best, many polite and nice waitresses. I would reccomend this place if you want a delicious meal yet packed with an amazing atmosphere.

The spicy butter base is not spicy and not enough oil at all.

We went there for lunch, still good price like $27+tax

Dinner menu is not much different.
If they have bigger different and more choices of seafood in dinner menu. I would choose dinner.

Amazing staff, delicious food & great choice.

Came here for dinner last night with my family to celebrate LNY. There were 8 of us so we got the room for a bit more privacy, although there is a minimum charge. The food was amazing, fresh, and tons of selection. Would highly recommend!

My family have been there often for gathering over the years, I have enjoyed this place in the past. I used to love this spot. BUT on our last visit, the restaurant was 3/4 empty due an earlier snowstorm. The service was awful, first they were trying to get us to order before I even finished taking off my coat, then the staff was unresponsive when we need napkins and broth refills, I had to get up and go find them. They were chatting. They were then persistently disruptive between 90 mins mark to the 120 min mark about we have a 120 mins for dinning. We stopped eating around about 20 mins before our time limit, and asked for the ice cream. While we were finishing our ice cream, they came by 2 more times. The restaurant was pretty empty the entire time we were there, they insisted they need it for the next patrons, instead of letting us finishing the tea we paid for and ice cream in peace. We would have finished 15 mins earlier if they didn’t keep interrupting. But where is the staff when I need service during our meal. Super Rude. Very disappointed.

This hot pot restaurant has good soup base options, with the original non-spicy being the best, in my opinion. The food options are decent if paying dinner pricing, and the buffet line to get the foods to cook are clean and well replenished. I enjoy the unlimited soda.

However, this restaurant is not in compliance with the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and the Ontario Human Rights Code in terms of providing an accessible restroom for patrons. List of barriers: 1) No automatic door 2) The accessibility stall was not large enough for a wheelchair - the door did not open nor close when the wheelchair was inside 3) The sink required the wheelchair user to get out of the chair in order to use it.

I brought this to the attention of the restaurant staff, and all brushed it off without a care nor apology. I am extremely disappointed in the way they handled the situation and the lack of respect for those with accessibility requirements.

A hot pot buffet with excellent selections of meats and vegetables. Selection of desserts was disappointing, though, and the quality also needed improvement: the sesame balls were hard and chewy, the jello was tasteless, and the fried buns were inconsistent. The sour plum drink is no longer free, which is a shame. Still, it’s cheaper than Haidilao.
