When to Harvey’s at aug 18 2025 at 1:00 pm the lady serving me was showing me disrespect and was not friendly at all on another note they messed up my burger and the food was so un seasoned it felt like biting into rubber and plus the portion size for my onion rings was a disgrace. I would never come back here ever again. Please stay away from this Harvey’s.

Seriously I can not make this stuff up, right in the middle of doing my review (about the frozen patty Angus burger) this guy I am thinking the manager (didn't have on a uniform) comes over & tells me they are closed. I look at him perplexed because it's only 10:24pm, I ask him what time do you close & he says 10:30. His approach was abrupt & he just stood there looking at me. I felt like just getting up leaving my tray on the table but I was raised better than that so I tidied up after myself. Love it that the big orange sign above the door says MONDAY-SUNDAY OPEN 10:30am CLOSE 11:00pm 😆 The fries were good but I'll pass on the Angus burger

As soon as we stepped in and sat down, they kept rushing us to order something when all we were trying to do is decide what we wanted before heading to the counter. It was only 5 minutes in and all the workers kept staring and point at us, it was ridiculous. Absolutely horrible to rush your customers like that especially on a hot day where we just wanted to sit for a little bit before heading up.

Have been ordering burgers from this location over the last few years , staff are always pleasant, smiling and welcoming. Food is prepared fresh, cooked well and the toppings are just right , their Xmas decorations are awesome !!! Ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos as well as 2 original combos - all were delicious
The guy wearing glass who was taking order was really unprofessional . He really don’t have any idea about customer service. He was rude and was not listening anything properly like distracted. I really like herveys and almost i am a regular customer of herveys. But it really made me sad facing this kind of people at this location. I never faced any issue with any other employee before. Only this guy wearing galsses was really unexpected in a big company like herveys. Hope you guys will provide him proper training about customer service and behaviour . It was Nov 13 evening.

Just a few days ago I ordered through the app and strolled into Harvey’s, all set to chow down, not to audition for the latest episode of Guess My Profession. The moment I walked in, this older guy (I’m pretty sure he moonlights as a manager or whatever title he’s feeling today) took one look at me and immediately assumed I must be a delivery driver. Because why wouldn’t I be, right? I mean, it’s not like a brown guy in a hoodie could just want a burger without an ulterior motive!
When I explained I was there to eat, he shot back with, “Why are you eating before delivering to my customers?” Oh, you mean the customers who didn’t order a side of racial profiling with their fries?
After clearing up that I wasn’t a delivery driver, he had the audacity to ask me, “Well, what do you do then?” Oh, I don’t know… maybe some of us brown guys are doctors, engineers, or—wait for it—scientists like me! But hey, let’s just pretend we’re still stuck in a sitcom from the 1950s.
I came for a burger, not a stroll down Assumptions Avenue. Next time, I’ll take my appetite to a place that serves burgers without the extra helpings of stereotyping on the side.
