I am a food delivery partner. On January 10, 2026, at 6:42 p.m., due to a technical limitation with my scooter, I was unable to bring the delivery bag inside the restaurant. Instead of trying to understand the situation, the restaurant staff gave me a dislike and reported me. This behavior is unfortunate, unprofessional, and disrespectful toward delivery partners.

When to Harvey’s at aug 18 2025 at 1:00 pm the lady serving me was showing me disrespect and was not friendly at all on another note they messed up my burger and the food was so un seasoned it felt like biting into rubber and plus the portion size for my onion rings was a disgrace. I would never come back here ever again. Please stay away from this Harvey’s.

Seriously I can not make this stuff up, right in the middle of doing my review (about the frozen patty Angus burger) this guy I am thinking the manager (didn't have on a uniform) comes over & tells me they are closed. I look at him perplexed because it's only 10:24pm, I ask him what time do you close & he says 10:30. His approach was abrupt & he just stood there looking at me. I felt like just getting up leaving my tray on the table but I was raised better than that so I tidied up after myself. Love it that the big orange sign above the door says MONDAY-SUNDAY OPEN 10:30am CLOSE 11:00pm 😆 The fries were good but I'll pass on the Angus burger

As soon as we stepped in and sat down, they kept rushing us to order something when all we were trying to do is decide what we wanted before heading to the counter. It was only 5 minutes in and all the workers kept staring and point at us, it was ridiculous. Absolutely horrible to rush your customers like that especially on a hot day where we just wanted to sit for a little bit before heading up.
