Have been ordering burgers from this location over the last few years , staff are always pleasant, smiling and welcoming. Food is prepared fresh, cooked well and the toppings are just right , their Xmas decorations are awesome !!! Ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos as well as 2 original combos - all were delicious
The guy wearing glass who was taking order was really unprofessional . He really don’t have any idea about customer service. He was rude and was not listening anything properly like distracted. I really like herveys and almost i am a regular customer of herveys. But it really made me sad facing this kind of people at this location. I never faced any issue with any other employee before. Only this guy wearing galsses was really unexpected in a big company like herveys. Hope you guys will provide him proper training about customer service and behaviour . It was Nov 13 evening.

Just a few days ago I ordered through the app and strolled into Harvey’s, all set to chow down, not to audition for the latest episode of Guess My Profession. The moment I walked in, this older guy (I’m pretty sure he moonlights as a manager or whatever title he’s feeling today) took one look at me and immediately assumed I must be a delivery driver. Because why wouldn’t I be, right? I mean, it’s not like a brown guy in a hoodie could just want a burger without an ulterior motive!
When I explained I was there to eat, he shot back with, “Why are you eating before delivering to my customers?” Oh, you mean the customers who didn’t order a side of racial profiling with their fries?
After clearing up that I wasn’t a delivery driver, he had the audacity to ask me, “Well, what do you do then?” Oh, I don’t know… maybe some of us brown guys are doctors, engineers, or—wait for it—scientists like me! But hey, let’s just pretend we’re still stuck in a sitcom from the 1950s.
I came for a burger, not a stroll down Assumptions Avenue. Next time, I’ll take my appetite to a place that serves burgers without the extra helpings of stereotyping on the side.

There's a big retirement nursing home across the street and a resident who is a regular has a very lovely rapprochement with a server who was so kind and friendly to him. I had the chicken and rib combo. Not at all as good as I remember but still alright. There was a quick rain shower as I was eating by myself. Having a giant window booth all to myself, there was nowhere I'd rather be in that moment
Ordered the quarter chicken dinner with white meat from Swiss chalet. Was a huge disappointment. The chicken was rubbery, so dry and unflavorful. The fries were dripping with oil, some burnt, some undercooked, with potato skins looking weird. And the signature gravy? Awful taste with a medicinal syrupy taste. ??? totally not worth the money spent.

Even one star is too much for your awful food. My partner and I had our dinner last Wednesday at swiss chalet right next to the Harvey and we both had massive diarrhea. Having upset stomach is %100 guaranteed. Disgusting! I will never even recommend that restaurant to my enemy.
