I love spicy food but not in love with chili oil. But their dish was spicy yet yummy. I read a few reviews that mentioned that it's too spicy. If you enjoy Korean food or malatang, malashangua, you won't find it spicy. It was actually perfect for me. Most of the dishes are spicy, so check if you're with kids. Despite this, I did find some dishes that aren't spicy.
Price was great, and service ? I do wish to come back. Hope they keep all good as it is now.

Human Cuisine serves up some genuinely authentic Hunan dishes, but a word of caution for those who aren’t big on spice—this place brings the heat! We ordered the Stir-fried Pork Kidney with Chilli Pepper, Stir-fried Pork Slices with Green Peppers, and Dried Bok Choy with Pork Lard. As much as we enjoyed the intense Hunan flavors, we found it just a touch too fiery for our taste.
The stir-fried pork kidney was tasty overall, though I personally detected a slight gaminess lingering in each slice, which my kid didn’t seem to notice at all—chalk it up to individual taste differences, I suppose.
