Absolutely worth every bite. The lechon arrived after almost an hour of delivery time to our wedding reception and we were honestly surprised that the skin was still incredibly crispy — not chewy at all. You could hear the crunch with every slice. The meat itself was juicy, flavorful, and well-seasoned all the way through.
