The Mexican Bowl was very good if a bit high- priced. Service was mediocre at best. No one checked in during our meal to see if we wanted anything else (I did). Then, the server came and cashed us out when her shift ended. She pointed out the person taking over the service, but they NEVER came by our table at all...and we were there for another hour and a half! No manager ever came by to check on us either. Total lost sales opportunity. Another lost opportunity....we were there...

I've been going to this Jack's at STC for over 20 years and I've always enjoyed my time, but I must say today was exceptional. Victor provided the best service I've ever experienced at a Jack's anywhere. I work in the industry and am critical of service and don't leave reviews lightly. He was extremely well mannered and professional as well as knowledgeable. Thank you Victor

We love our first experience here. The atmosphere is so good. Very welcoming and inviting. Love the fact that they do trivia games on screen and everyone can participate using their phones. Recommend getting the Garlic Bread and Large Red Sangria! Amazing! Definitely will go back there again.
