Hello Management,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your restaurant. Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted in a very rude and unprofessional manner by a staff member (gay). He loudly told us that we should not have come inside and seated ourselves, and that we should have waited to be seated. Friendly services and delicious foods…!!
What a wonderful experience. From the care the staff took to seat our party of 8, including 2 kids, to the order taking, where the hostess remembered each of our orders perfectly, to the quick delivery, to the out of this world delicious food. Added 5 stars to our trip to Toronto
