In the heart of Scarborough's industrial area, there's a gem: Kathy's. Excellent value, great team, and very clean.
I ordered the three egg breakfast special, and for the price, it’s an incredible value. The portions were generous, the food was fresh and tasted great, and the quality definitely exceeded my expectations. On top of that, the entire restaurant was clean and well maintained, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a delicious, affordable breakfast.
