Great bakery! The atmosphere is calm & the bakery smells good. I recommend getting the butter croissant because of its delicate, flaky taste and aromatic smell.

Nice, tasty pastries but service was bad. Seeing the back of the person behind the counter for about 2 minutes is not the way you’re supposed to greet your customers.

Phenomenal !!! so glad to have a place to go get a treat when I’m having cravings. The desserts are so yummy and not overpowering flavour of just straight up sugar. Do delicious!

Absolutely loved this bakery! The pastries were fresh, buttery, and tasted like they came straight from France. The staff were beyond kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in — they took the time to answer questions, give recommendations, and made the whole experience feel so warm and personal. You can really tell they care about both their food and their customers. The atmosphere was cozy, the desserts were beautiful, and everything tasted incredible. Easily one of the best bakery experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It is a great bakery from what I hear and things usually sell out fast. Service could have been better. The front of staff were not friendly at all. I ended up only getting a spinach and feta croissant.

Sampled 8 different items. Nice presentation but Not authentic French taste. Missing the high fat butter content (usually special butter is imported from France) and missing natural flavour extracts from ingredients like vanilla and almonds etc. (some artificial flavours noticed) these are what gives authentic French pastry its richness and flavour while remaining light and fluffy in texture.

This is a real 5 star place. Not only the bakery items are good, but also their service is exceptional. My Panini was slightly extra grilled and they offered me a new one without even asking for it! Definitely coming here again and often.

Finally I went there and it was worth it.
Best French bakery in Scarborough.
It's a small bakery but it's fine.The person at the counter was courteous !
All the the pastries looked delicious.
I chose a Tart almond berries
And apricot Danish pastry shared with my son.
I recommend this bakery if you want to try french pastry.

I was excited when my friend introduced me to this exciting, authentic French bakery! Once I walked inside the smell of fresh baked goodies was wonderful! It took me a long time to decide on what I wanted because everything looked so delicious.

I ended up getting a Butter Croissant $3.25, Pistachio Croissant $3.95, Kouign-Amann $3.75 and Sourdough Boule bread that was already sliced $5.45.

The croissants were so deliciously flaky and buttery and especially loved the heavenly Pistachio Croissant that gave me a Foodgasm! I also loved the Sourdough Boule that was so flavourful and delicious when lightly toasted. I wished I knew the specific ingredients of the bread but couldn’t find anything online.

The service was fast and friendly. Definitely coming back!

Up to today I've had nothing but good experiences with both the food and customer service. While not overtly rude (though not saying 'hello' or responding when I said 'hello') the two staff members made it very clear I was interrupting their conversation and they really just wanted me out of the store. Seriously, if you dislike people so much, neither of you should work in customer service.
