To save time, I called ahead and placed my order 15 minutes before arriving at the restaurant. Given that it was a fine dining establishment, I expected efficient service, ensuring my meal would be ready or at least close to being served upon my arrival. However, as soon as I reached, I realized that my expectations were about to be shattered.
I patiently waited for 20 minutes, assuming they were making final preparations for my meal. Yet, as time passed, there was no update, no assurance, and worst of all—no staff member even acknowledged the delay. The lack of communication was extremely unprofessional.
No Response, No Apologies
After a total of 35 minutes of waiting, I still had no food on my table, nor did I receive any explanation regarding the delay. It was as if my order had vanished into thin air. The restaurant staff didn’t bother to check on me or provide any kind of update. This level of negligence was unacceptable for a restaurant that claims to be “fine dining.”
A Disappointing End to the Visit
Frustrated and hungry, I had no choice but to leave the restaurant without even getting my food. Not once did the staff try to apologize or make amends for the poor service. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.

Everything is great about this place, the food is really good, the staff is good too, seating is nice, however the parking is terrible. They book large parties but are located in such a small Plaza that most of the time we have to park elsewhere. And because of this, the Plaza next door specifically doesn't want lobongo customers to park in their parking lots. I go there on week nights because I know parking won't be an issue on weeknights. But if you're going on weekends, go well ahead of time, especially if it's a group gathering.

Parking: If you can't find parking in their Plaza, don't park in the Plaza next door where there is Swiss chalet because you'll get a ticket.

We visited 15 people in this weekend for a get together. We tried a bunch of food on Lobongo fine dining. Which was completely clean and decent. All the staffs and manager were very gentle.
Now comes to the main magic which was food. I used to come here a lot but right now for my job I get busy. So on our get together we tried French fry, chicken nuggets, Chicken pakora And peyajo.. and the main food were The best " Ilish Polao, Mutton Kacchi, Beef Teheri, authentic Kala bhuna with Bhuna khichuri , Mutton Naga and Borhani so on. Tho we ordered a lot of items but surprisingly we finished all the food because they were authentic Bangladeshi taste. We all were satisfied by the food and at the end we finished our food with some desserts like Roshogolla and firni which was chef's special.There are plenty of parking and they had properly clean and all the time they have played Bangladeshi music which touched our heart. Will go there again highly recommended.

When the food arrived, it was cold and not at all what I expected. All the dishes was overcooked and lacked flavor, while the lot was missing key ingredients as advertised on the menu. To top it off, my server seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in addressing my concerns, which added to the frustration of the evening.
Overall, the lack of attention to detail and the poor service overshadowed any potential enjoyment I could have had. I hope the management takes steps to improve because, unfortunately, I will not be returning.

i was so excited for the buffet . cz it was the first ramadan , and basically its good food season so i was hungry and craving the foods. called them before going there asked what they have but this will be my last time in lobongo. i am basically not a fan of my cook ,cz m not that great but after having their food i instantly regreted coming here with my friend .
