Love getting the cream cheese taro drink when I’m in the area/mood. However, on one occasion my drink fell and spilled on the ground while exiting the door without having taken any sip of it. I tried asking the male associate (whom I normally see when I’m there) for a free replacement and he declined initially. After some back and forth was he then willing to replace the drink free of cost. That should’ve been done as a courtesy anyways… not sure if he thought I was trying...
Love this place! Really fast service and i personally love their Cheesecake Boba series. 10/10, i wish they brought back the cheesecake chunks though, it was one of the highlights of the cheesecake series. They have a good pricing point and the workers are really nice. I recommend this place so much as its an all time favorite on my list of Bubble Tea places.
I tried the mango pomelo sago and also a black sugar taro bbt. Id say their milk tea here is not good and i wouldnt order from there, but the mango pomelo sago slushie was great! The mango wasnt sweet but or terribly good quality but the overall drink was tasty and the mango bits and pomelo bits gave it a bit more texture such that u dont really need any toppings either. Would go back to try other slushie items.
