Been here many times and quality of food and service always amazing and consistent - fresh sushi and sashimi, grilled dishes..etc. Service is one of the best points here, your table always cleaned of used plates and food comes very fast. This place has always been our go-to AYCE. Highly recommended!

This place is always a great choice for sushi and sashimi. If you’re celebrating a birthday, they’ll even prepare a special dessert and sing songs for your table.

Fresh sashimi and tasty rolls. Lots of variety. This place has changed a lot since I was a kid and in a good way.

Matsuda is a AYCE sushi restaurant with a very good selection and variety of options. I have been here a few times to dine in and it has always been a positive experience. If you’re a fan of sushi this is the spot for you.

I’ve been to another branch of this restaurant before, which had BBQ—this one doesn’t, just Japanese dishes. Overall, I found the quality pretty average. Some of the sashimi had a slight freezer taste and didn’t feel super fresh.

It was around $50 per person including tax.
The biggest surprise? The ginger milk pudding 薑汁撞奶—it was unexpectedly good!

One time try. Not a big menu. I would suggest K&B sushi for first time sushi all you can eat to build on good experience.

Went for Mother's Day lunch here with 4 other people and they were charging dinner weekend prices for lunch because it's mother's day. Cool, fine. Service was very slow (we arrived exactly when it opened so it wasn't super busy yet) and some of our orders never made the table or some of the stuff from the first couple of rounds would arrive around our 4th or 5th round when it took long enough that we had assumed it was forgotten. Servings per order were small so the long wait time wouldn't be so annoying if we didn't run out of food so fast.

Paid and a server told us we had to leave a min or two after so people can sit there. We weren't even planning to stay and lounge but were just gathering our belongings and about to put our jacket on. Didn't even have time to breathe after paying and to think about whether we could use the washroom or not. Just felt bad taking our moms there because our moms are seniors. Definitely not coming back. That last interaction is why it's a 1 star on top of the price gouging and the very slow service and the very mediocre, small serving food.

I was just here for mothers day earlier during early lunch time. I usually like going to this place but now itll be probably be my last time coming here. Service was horrendous. I didn’t like the fact that they rushed us.

Expected a wait at Matsuda for Mother's Day lunch. Like the group ahead of us we five walked out too when we were told they were charging dinner prices $45 + tax, tip. No surprise the place was half empty. Gouge me and you'll never see me again.

Staff is so wonderful, food is delicious! We absolutely love our trips to Matsuda. Victor is awesome! Can't wait to come back

Went early on a Wednesday for Lunch, not crowded at all. Quick service. Everything ordered through QR code.

Overall, good selection of food for about $35 (tips included).
