I placed a delivery order through the app around 3:50 AM. I was charged and even received an ETA for my order. Then the DoorDash driver called me saying my order had been cancelled because the store closes at 4 AM. However, when I checked the store’s information, it showed that it’s open 24 hours. Now I have to call the store myself to ask for a refund. This is an unacceptable service.

Sahra is my FAVOURITE employee over here. She’s always friendly and helpful and HILARIOUS god she’s so funny. I came in yesterday and she made me the best ice coffee and made it so fast. She’s amazing at her job and gosh also just incredibly gorgeous. Keep up the good work Sahra.

Dear mcdonalds staff, if you are selling Breakfast items in the morning, remember one thing that the person you are selling the food to, maybe they are having a first meal of the day to start the day and they don't wanna see or eat your burnt sandwich. If it is burned, you should make a new one simple. I am sure if it was you, you wouldnt have eaten it by yourseIf and if you not gonna eat then why would you even give it to your customers. It's very disappointing and you should know better being in a food industry. Anyway, I hope this will improve and others won't regret buying Breakfast meals from you like I did. Good luck!!

The strawberry pies came out burnt but at least, the vanilla milkshake was good. The straw sucks and needs better material because it will start to get mushy easily. Order could be called louder.

The McDonald’s at Kennedy commons had such a bright and beautiful atmosphere. The workers were very nice and accommodating towards me and my family. My brother who is special needs kept repeating his order since they couldn’t understand him that well. The worker who was helping us was so understanding during this issue. I think his name was Hubert. He just kept looking at my brother and just kept smiling. I think he really liked my brother. Hubert if you ever read this i appreciate you. My brother really loved his chicken nuggies. On our way home he kept screaming I love you Hubert. Anyways thanks McDonald’s we love you 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. I don’t usually complain, but this McDonald’s just cannot get a simple order right. I’ve ordered a cheeseburger multiple times and every single time it comes wrong—missing cheese, missing pickles, sometimes not even the right sandwich at all. On top of that, other items in my order are often incorrect or forgotten completely.
It’s frustrating when you pay for food and can’t even trust that what you ordered will be in the bag. I expect mistakes here and there, but this has become a pattern. Quality control and attention to detail at this location are seriously lacking. I won’t be coming back until they figure out how to get basic orders correct.
