Extremely beyond rare for me to ever write a 1 star review but I will for this because of the pricing. This location has higher pricing than the Warden Eglinton McDonald's. For example a Double Filet o fish cost me $2 less at Warden Eglinton McDonald's than here. This is pure evil in this day and age especially factoring in that there is a lot of government housing nearby. If this location is an individual franchise then shame on you, you greedy millionaire.

If you’re looking for a late night grab and go after 3 am, this is the worst McDonald’s. I’ve visited on four separate occasions after 3 am and have been turned away because they are “closed”. On one occasion I waited close to 45 minutes for them to reopen. If you’re in Scarborough, save yourself the trouble and just go to the Markham and Progress McDonalds.Get your business together or stop advertising as “24 hours” at this location.
Daniela (a service team leader) served us and was wonderful ! Helped us get the right choices of food and delivered to our table. The premises were clean - especially the washroom. The washroom also smelled very nice. The store is very well kept.

one of the most horrible experiences I’ve had at a mcdoanlds, I went to this location and the managers are all non speaking Filipinos and don’t get my order right, they always keep hiring people who don’t even understand my order and they get it wrong like is canadas first language Tagalog now?? Do I have to order in their language to get my order right? I blame the management for only hiring one ethnicity try to hire more races? My son wanted to work here for so long but they never hire him I feel like it’s because he’s a black man and I never seen a black man work at this restaurant?? It’s like they only hire their own. Morning manager named ginalyn is just plain stupid and doesn’t speak no English at all and she’s very rude and doesn’t know how to solve simple problems.
