Ordered online. My sprite tastes (or lack there of) like carbonated water. The fries were cold and shrivelled up, thank god the burger patty was cooked because I was 30 seconds from driving to the store and throwing a fit cause the presentation wasn’t suitable for a dog. I ordered at 7:30 in the evening, this is absolute insanity. Like how in the hell does my sprite taste like water?

I had a very poor experience at this McDonald’s location. One employee claimed she was “working alone” and chose to complete smaller orders first while I waited over 10 minutes. Meanwhile, there were at least six other staff members in the kitchen standing around, talking, and walking back and forth. If the team is fully staffed, there’s no excuse for customers to be ignored while orders are picked and chosen at random. The lack of coordination, accountability, and basic customer service was extremely disappointing. Management needs to address workflow and professionalism immediately.

Pretty clean, the floors are a tad dirty but that’s because of winter. Playplace a bit small for the amount of seating available but it’s still cool and fun. My daughter enjoyed it. More updated vs a lot of other ones that have an old set up.

We can around 1:30pm, made our order for happy meal and an extra pack of the latest toy (Feb 2026, anime uno cards). The staff at the drive through order were happy to make sure we got one of each of their available toys.
We were told to wait at parking spot #1, and when we were waiting, the car at spot #2 left. A staff, I assume the manager, made a mad dash up over a snow hill to catch the #2 spot customer before they left the lot at the traffic light.
He came back with a pack of food in his hand, and then the customer #2 came back to the parking spot. The manager then brought out another bag for them. WOW - that is commitment to everyone enjoying the food they order, and getting what they order.
After that, the same manager came out with more orders, including ours. He asked us to check that we had two toys inside, stood there waiting for us to confirm, and wished us a pleasant day as we drove off.
I've honestly never had such impressive, dedicated service. I've been calling him the manager (I'm not sure tbh), but if he isn't, McDonalds needs to make him one, now!

I ordered three meals for delivery and only recieved two of the meals and fries and when we called they could only refund and not redeliver the order. Had to wait an hour just get my sandwich delivered again which was missing the first time. I donot mean to be rude or come off as someone just complaining but honestly I atleast expect my order to be complete.
