First id like to say that i really enjoy the food here at Mona's. Mainly the goat roti which is all i really order. However id like to address one thing i noticed. We have an upcoming event and dealt with Ravina on the phone and she provided excellent customer service. She really went the extra mile to double check information for us and was very professional.
I’ve been to Mona’s on multiple occasions. It’s my go-to roti and doubles spot. I got a boneless chicken roti today that definitely was not boneless. But above all… when did the roti in general get so dry? I tasted no curry in it. It was just dry chicken. Needless to say, I couldn’t even finish it. Guess I won’t be making another trip for a while. So disappointed.
