I've worked here years ago. I've also been a customer here for years. Because it's my favorite burrito joint today. The server refused to give me the portions that I paid for and then when I said something about it, he had the ignorance to start arguing with me. And I've never been treated so poorly at this establishment.He should be fired

First of all, their app doesn’t work properly. Somehow, I managed to place an order, but when I picked it up, the lady at this location had only added vegetables, beans, and chicken—then handed me the box and said that’s all my order included.

Seriously, what were they expecting? That a customer came in just to buy a scoop of black beans, chicken, and fajita veggies?

When I asked her to redo the order because everything else was missing, she refused and showed terrible customer service (lady at the counter). Completely disappointing experience.

I came to Mucho Burrito for the first time as they were having the promo for buy one get one free. Walked in and customer service was very poor. There were lots missing from their menu like crispy chicken, mango salsa and guacamole. Veggies were scraped from the bottom of the bin & no beans. Not fresh at all! Our bowls were barely filled to halfway as seen in pics. Very disappointed with our experience and I would never come back again or tell my friends about here. There's lots of other better burrito places out there.

I have been here for a long time and when ever I come to this place every time I have got an excellent experience

My daughter and I came to this place today (May 11) and the worker was amazing, he gave us excellent service, I only regret that I did not remember to check his name. He was kind and the food was delicious. The place is also very clean.

The burritos were delicious and the staff was friendly and courtious

Ordered a veggie bowl. The person was mopping and did not wash hands before preparation. Did not make fresh veggies and half of the bowl was empty. Not coming back
