Have had this place for years. Great for a quick cheap meal or even better when you take it home and give it a light toast so it is crusty crunchy in the outside and soft on the inside

Don't let the messy cluttered place dissuade you, these are so good. I had the honey sausage banh mi and it was really good. But the og gotta be their assorted banh mi sandwich

Found a Rubber Band in My Sandwich!

I can’t believe I have to write this, but here we go. I bought a sandwich here and I found a rubber band mixed in with the vegetables. Completely unacceptable and unsafe. This is a serious food safety issue and it could have been swallowed or choked on.

Not only is this extremely disappointing, it makes me question their hygiene and quality control entirely. If you can’t keep foreign objects out of food, what else is slipping through?

I won’t be coming back, and I would strongly caution others to think twice before eating here.

Love the sandwiches but make sure to bring extra money as they regularly change prices. I'm not even sure how much it is now but the first time I went it was $2 and last I went it was $4.50. I wished the prices were more stable but the sandwiches are great themselves.

The og of Vietnamese sandwich. Place is just like how Vietnamese place would look like . Nothing fancy but the bread and taste is so consistent and fresh every time .

Despite some of the Google reviews, I think that this Banh Mi shop has some character to it with great sandwich with good options. People need to understand who and how they rate a place. Privileged people expect to be pampered and typically review them poorly. Give this place a shot.

This was my childhood go to banh mi shop. Been going to the downtown location since young. Today, I saw my banh mi fell off the counter but the lady picked it back up, walked to the sink and rinsed the ham. Only to put the ham back in my banh mi and gave it to me. I was too shocked to say anything about it on the spot so ended up paying. Be wary of how your banh mi is prepped…I will not be eating this one..

After eating food(vhan mi) here yesterday, I started experiencing symptoms of food poisoning. I’ve had severe muscle aches all over my body, continuous vomiting and diarrhea, and it has been a very painful day. I’m still feeling very unwell.

When you first enter, there's a sign that says not to take photos, which I didn't think much of at the time. But every time I've eaten there, I've had stomach pain and diarrhea. Today, my entire family ate their bánh mì as our first meal, and we all got food poisoning. Please be very careful...

Best Banh Mi so far with competitive price and quality. Over 10 times order haven’t got any disappointments yet. If you’re looking for a place which has nice atmosphere or someone to be gentle by saying “hello, how can I help you”, this is not the place, but the most down to earth with best Banh Mi I ever had and won’t ripped your Wallet off, yeah you come to the right place. Not AI or promoted anything just a fan of Vietnamese Banh Mi, this is hit home for me whenever I come for it

It satisfies that craving when you need it, but they are inconsistent. Small meat portions too

Best Vietnamese Sandwiches in GTA

Quick service, decently cheap eats, large variety of food selections. You get cold cut banh mi, to prepackaged noodles, and deep fried spring rolls.

They seem to not have customer service in stock most of the time, but you get what you paid for. Go in, order your banh mi and leave. Their communication in the back is not the best so it is best to double check your order.

Everything did go up in price over the years but the food is still decent for the price.
