This place gets busy depending on the time of day you go. Bubble tea is okay. If you get their featured drink, it tastes better than other places but their milk tea was not the most flavourful.

Visited on a weekday around 2pm. Asked if there's slush, the cashier gave me a signal to see the menu by myself without saying a word. Very rude customer service. We then ordered a Mango niu niu with Mango Tapioca and a Taro milk tea with tapioca. I requested less sugar but he said he can't make it less sugar, I agreed even though I do not understand why he can't do it while other chains can. The Taro tapioca was weird with a chemical taste in it, and I saw he used the milk put on a plastic bottle on a shelf without refrigerating it. I'll never return with this whole experience. Yuck!

Disappointed. They didn’t have the strawberry niu niu or the passion fruit green tea when we visited. And, they said the peach green tea had a fixed amount of sugar when the Hwy 7 location is always able to do no/less sugar.

We visit Onezo often and the workers are always very nice. They also make the drinks really fast, even if they’re pretty busy. We ordered the mango niuniu, peach green tea, oolong milk tea and strawberry mochi milk tea. The mango niuniu is a bit sweet because it’s fixed sugar level, and if you leave it out, the drink will separate (not real mangoes). The peach green tea was refreshing, and the oolong milk tea had a nice tea flavour. The strawberry mochi milk tea was unique and we enjoyed the strong strawberry flavour and chewiness of the mochi. Onezo also has the best tapioca as it’s very soft and has a nice chew. There are many tables here so it’s a nice place to study as well.

Been a consistent customer for a few years now, the drinks here used to be my favourite but lately the quality of the drinks has downgraded tremendously. I’ve gotten the mango niuniu and mango tea recently, both of which were too sweet or lacked sugar. It does not taste up to standard like before which is incredibly saddening.The atmosphere is not giving bright, welcoming and relaxing vibes like before. The TVs that display the menu are off or either doesn’t work and seems as though they don’t plan on fixing it or turning it on anytime soon.

Great BBT spot, and there is lots of parking, but it gets very busy at times. They have tapioca made by their company and also have good brown sugar BBT as well as slush drinks. Also, occasionally, they offer promo coupons and reward points.

So happy they do mango niu niu in large now!! (They always only did regular size before) hands down best drink + OneZo tapioca

I am here with my sisters in law and it was a good place because there is no many people and we could have deep conversation. The light was bright and the taste of tapioca was so fresh.. the drink also nice..

Great location for delicious bobba. It may be tempting to go to a chain location, but OneZo does it the best.

I come to this Onezo often for the drinks and their specials. I love the mango tapioca the most. My only complaint is that you have to be prepared to wait 10-15 mins or so for your drink if there are other people in the store because there is only 1 worker. The worker will take everyone's orders first then proceed to make each person's drinks. I get they don't want to hire more than one person but during certain times in the day, it honestly isn't worth waiting.

Having an afternoon treat/drink. Stopped by here to try it out with the family. They have daily drinks that are 20% off and their tapioca are soft but not chewy, very acceptable. Drinks are good tasting and prices are reasonable.
