For chain pizza it's good bang for your buck and way better than the others. I don't know what all the other reviewers are raging about, seems like angry food couriers. Never had a problem here.
this papa johns is usually pretty good but today my pizza took over an hour to come. i checked the app for updates and it said the ETA would be at 1:25-135 it’s now a little more than 30 after and the pizzas all soggy and the cheese is all thick and clumped together. when i called the restaurant they couldn’t seem to give me a solution or proper explanation other than “he’ll be there”. honestly not the greatest experience

As I sit here, waiting for my order, I see an Uber courier try to pick up. No bag no order is the mantra here. Being previously screwed over by an Uber courier I no longer use them. Now that's an owner who the best experience for his customers. A hot pie is always best.
