Pho Anh Vu is a chain Vietnamese
Restaurant that specializes in pho, rice, and vermicelli dishes. First time coming here, I thought the pho was very tasty. The broth, noodles, and meats with the addition of bean sprouts, Thai coriander and Thai basil, were very authentic and danced together very organically.

Service was great! The cold water and hot tea were refreshing. This place looks newer than the other chain spots.

Would come back again!

Not bad if you're in a pinch, but not the best quality stuff. The pho broth leaves a greasy mouth feel. We also bought some for takeout and the leftover broth did not gel up in the fridge overnight indicating it wasn't cooked long enough to extract any collagen from the bones or not a lot of bones were used in making it.

Pho Ahn Vu is one of those spots that never disappoints. The broth is rich, flavourful, and clearly made with care — easily some of the best pho in the area. The portions are generous, the noodles are always fresh, and the meats come out tender every time. Their spring rolls, vermicelli bowls, and iced coffees are also solid picks if you want something beyond pho.The service is quick and friendly, and the food comes out fast even when the restaurant is busy. The place is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a casual meal. Whether you’re craving a warm bowl of pho or just want a reliable Vietnamese spot, Pho Ahn Vu is definitely worth the visit.

This is a pretty solid pho spot in North Scarborough. The pho tastes great, with really good portions that keep you full. It is also easy to share if you order a couple items with friends.

Overall, it is definitely up to the pho standards I have had in Markham and Richmond Hill. If you are in the mood for pho, this place is totally worth checking out.

If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to dine in a high school cafeteria after the teachers have left for the day, this place delivers.

Messed up a simple takeout order, service is subpar, and the staff’s enthusiastic screams provides free entertainment.

Go to a different location.

This place is honestly one of the better vietnamnese restaurants borderline Markham and Scarborough. I find the prices relatively around the other restaurants however, their quality has remained the same every time which is super important. Especially because prices of everything are so high.

I usually come with my toddler, husband and elderly mother and they are always so respectful and welcoming. We don't speak the same language but they sure do try with such politeness.

We've gotten the pho special and the bun bo hue. The Pho special has a super clean broth, lots of meat and noodles. My mother and daughter usually share the large and we still have left overs. My husband and I normally get the bun bo hue. Let me tell you, the bun bo hue here is probably close to being one of the best (best Bun Bo Hue is at the restuarant called Bun Bo Hue at the west end of the city). The broth here has a good balance of spice and earthiness to it. It's not overbearing and full of flavour and lots of goodies inside! Plus side there isn't much lemongrass floating around but the flavour is still present.

Give this place a try, it's close to the bus stop, bank and lots of parking is available!
