Today I did an online order for carry out and it was the most simplest process ever! The online updates were so accurate that when it said my pizza was ready; I was just getting out of my 🚘 and it was ready!!!!
The Chef was super polite and handed me a steamy hot freshly baked Pizza (sorry forgot to snap an image).
The pizza was sooooo good! All the ingredients were fresh and appropriately proportioned and the instructions were carried out 💯 🙌🏼👌🏼🔥. Definitely one of my fave locations now 🎉.

I get it they close in 35 minutes but why advertise open till midnight? Called in three times and each time they were pretending they couldn't hear me. Sitting in front of the store while trying to place order watching them giggle. Going to msg at 11:25 saying store is now closed. Pathetic people with poor customer service.

Today I called to pizza hut and one lady attended my call in 3700 midland Avenue Scarborough because I saw there is one job opportunity in this store. I just ask her I want to talk to manager and she cut my call without listening my issue and say by by.. I asked her just wait just listen my talk what I want to say...but she cut my call.. according to me if manager is busy it's okk but she should respect customer and talk politely and listen full information what other person actually want to say... I m so dissatisfied... please ask your worker if any one call they should listen full information then cut the call because didn't complete my talk and she cut the call it's disrespect of customer and another person..
Do not order from this place, very rude staff and the pizzas are always burnt. Despite all the negative reviews, and comments from the owner suggesting that they actually care about the reviews and that the problems won't occur again, they absolutely do. You are better of going to a different establishment as this one is a huge waste of time and money. I will never order here again.

Today, I picked up my online order at this location and while the food was good, I was disappointed by the service provided by JUDY at the front counter. Despite my attempts to communicate politely, I felt ignored and received unwarranted unfriendliness when I tried to pay with exact change. Judy seemed disinterested and rushed through the transaction, which left me feeling unappreciated as a customer. Judy was rude and disrespectful. As the first point of contact for customers, I believe professionalism and courtesy are crucial, qualities that were unfortunately lacking in this instance. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more welcoming experience for future patrons.

I was never a fan of writing reviews, but sometimes restaurants need to get a one star. Ordered 4 large pizza and specifically said that only one of them with no cheese the rest light cheese.
I get 4 pizzas, 2 regular cheese and 2 no cheese. Parts of each pizza were burnt not edible.
I drive all the way home to notice they got my order wrong and had to drive all the way back to fix their mistake.
Not only they didnt initially say sorry they didn't make up for their mistake and only remade 1 pizza.
Spending time, money and gas to fix a problem that wasn't mine. They did not give me a reason to come back; at this point I rather order from their competition.
This place is getting mismanaged or staff aren't trained well. The staff should be trained on 5 steps of service recovery. To "genuinely" apologize when initially hearing about the mistake. Not when the customer is leaving and with a smirk on your employees face. By the way, washing hands before making pizza is a must. Your team should try doing that.

The pizza was ok. It needed more toppings. It was not bad though. We got a large pizza three topping.
The customer service is not so great. The staff behind the counter don't greet you. You're not sure if they noticed you walked in and you awkwardly wait to place the order when there no one ahead of you either. Store wasnt busy.
We won't be coming back to this location because of the mediocre pizza and subpar customer service.

Lady has no clue what’s going on…
Just experienced the most disgusting behavior by a driver named Ally, not sure if he lied about his name. For some reason, he thought it was okay to call me to yell at me because he couldn’t find unpaid parking at the hospital and wanted me to pay for paid parking, unacceptable. Then he had the nerve to call me again to yell and hung up on me. Advice to Pizza Hut, hire decent people. I’ve never had to complain on a driver in my life.
