Pizza Nova is the best. Best toppings and best pizza. I love pizza nova stores in Brampton and Toronto. I would have to say there is a customer service named Danisha who is very rude and not polite. I had an issue with my order she didn’t seem to care and she was laughing at me which I don’t understand but she transferred me to the team lead who is very nice and took care of my issue. Food and service was good at the store. But my order was placed wrong by one of the agents. I don’t eat meat so I wanted to get a new pizza. Danisha is rude and not helpful at all. She was taking to someone else while dealing with my issue. I told her I won’t ever order from pizza nova and she said ok have a good day. As per the call centre, you guys need more helpful agents. Next time I order and she picks up I will not answer the phone.
