I’m not sure if I’ll ever use skip the dishes or pizza Nova again! Not only does it cost a fortune for everything these days! But at lease I would respect a call or a text or even a knock on my door. But no my pizza was left outside and it was cold! And nobody couldn’t tell me what was going on?? But my pizza had to of been outside for at lease a half hour…??? So I would check with pizza places before using skip the dishes to order your next pizza! B.

The customer care is horrible, especially from the custmer care department managers. The Dundas and Bloor location had about 4 employees who were not wearing masks, they were handling food and handing food to customers without a mask on. Only 1 employee was wearing a mask. I called the head office immidiately, however the representative Paras refused to transfer my call to a manager and did not take the matter seriously. I had to call back to get transferred to a manager as he refused multiple times. The manager Omar offered to refund the order, which they should as I returned the order back to the store. However, Omar said that he was doing that for the inconvenience. In other words, nothing was done about the inconvenience. He gladly transferred the matter to the district manager as if he knew they will have no repercussions for their behaviour towards customers and inability to solve problems. The district manager Jerry called and he sounded so nonchalant about the matter. It was clear why the customer care department acts this way towards their customers as the district manager made it seem as nothing will be done about their horrible customer service as he sounded as if he really did not care to even speak about the matter. His tone of voice and the way he communicated was unacceptable as he said I can see other complaints you have made as if he is implying that I just complain to get stuff out of them or for fun. I said I have called before for a pick up order, which took 1.5 hrs. I also shared with him that I had pictures of the employees not wearing masks and his response was “so you go around and take pictures of people.” At this point, it was evident that discussing anything further with this person was pointless and it was clear why their locations don’t follow COVID protocols and why their customer care representative managers act as if their behaviour is enabled by their higher up management.

Pizza Nova you need to check some of your drivers out a lot better. The Location at Kingston Road makes the best Pizza. They also have some of the best drivers. Just wish my Pizza came from that Location. Not Ellesmere and Markham Road . You are best to pick up your Pizza. R. Chard

Walked in for pick up, waited for the employee to be available. When I told him I was here for pick up, he was upset I didn't just say my name and was extremely rude.

We are vegetarians, so we made sure to leave pepperoni out of our order. But they went ahead and put the pepperoni anyways. When my husband called to report the error, there was no apology whatsoever. They didn't tell us to keep the pizza with the pepperoni back, so we gave it to our neighbors. In turn the restaurant decided not to give us the correct pizza back and not to return our money. This is the worse possible costumer service ever. The owner does not care if their costumers have good service. Nor do they apologize. Do not go to pizza Nova at pilsen ever!
