Don’t go here, Bad attitude of the girls working there and the food sucked. I ordered 2 sandwich combos. They told me I’d have to wait 10 minutes for my blacked chicken sandwich AFTER I ordered bc they were getting it delivered just then. We sat there and ate for more than 10 minutes. My sandwich was ready after 15+ minutes when we were ready to leave. I took it home and tried to eat it, but it was all leather. I cannot chew on a single side of it. The fillet was already broken in two parts. They gave me old lying around chicken fillet that was cooked till death. No normal person can eat this. On top of that, the girls(including the manager) had really bad attitude. They had zero costumer service skills and did not say thank you for waiting or apologize for the delay, not a single sorry. We were talking to them with a smile and politely like normal people but I guess they didn’t deserve any of it. If you hate working there so much then QUIT. We came here Thursday night, the restaurant was not busy at all. Hire good people or you’ll end up losing plenty of business.

Had to change my review to a ONE STAR after my experience at the restaurant Feb 12 at 7:57pm. The only female working there at the time, claims she's the manager, but is completely ignorant and arrogant when it comes to applying the pst exemption for status indian. The condescending attitude from this cashier/manager following being asked to do so, refusal to contact owner herself for instruction, refusal to provide owners contact info and/or even provide a time during which owner can be contacted at store, even refusal to provide her own name has left me with the worst experience I've ever encountered in any restaurant at all. After looking at the receipt, there is a portion for Hst1 as well as hst and total tax. So it seems hard to believe that a MANAGER didn't know the process for removing the hst1 and, as claimed by her, has never encountered this "problem" before. Get up with the times. Every other store has a process and clearly, as indicated on the receipt, Popeyes does as well. So it seems it's a personal problem with this Popeyes/this employee.

The staff are extremely rude, especially the one brown girl on a night shift. She had the worse attitude and the nastiest look on her face. They never provide tissues and overall looks like they don’t wanna do their job. They need to hire better people for customer service/front, I know people who will die for a job.
