Closed at 7pm on a Thursday. What's going on?

Why was it closed when I went there at 9pm, the hours said open until 11pm

I went for the Tuesday special... I was told that they don't have any chicken...

Can you believe it? A fried chicken shop that doesn’t have fried chicken! I went on Friday at 12:30 noon and was told they had none. Very disappointing.

The food is good when you actually get it. This location is the closest to me so I don’t have another location to choose from. They always underestimate the wait time. I usually have to wait much longer than what they originally tell me, minimum 20 mins. Most of the time they’re not even busy. If there was a Church’s chicken close by, I would go there instead.

Worst popeyes location yet, ice machine not working, CO2 not working, dont have mashed potatoes or spicy mayo, no napkins with the order.

Chicken seemed like it had been sitting out for a while.

No halal certificate on display either.

Overall a bad experience.

Only think close to positive was tables were not filthy, relatively clean!!

Had a worst experience in that store. I don’t her name she wearing hijab was so rude to me. I visit them around 9pm and ordered there today’s special but she rudely refuse to give that.
Then I ordered ghost pepper wings she also rudely refused it.
Lastly I orderd a sandwich but it wasn’t fresh.
My question is that
1. If you’re open till 11pm why you don’t have any items?
2. I asked for ketcup with fries she give me only 2 then I again asked for one more she said they don’t have!!!

I also work in customer service. What type of service is that!!!
They shouted on me
I want to draw attention the main owner that there employees are too bad.
She said she is manager . If the manager is that much rude what can we expect??
I wasted my $13.88
Will never recommend them.

First time in Canada and wow, I am so so so disappointed with my first Popeyes experience. The 2 staff by the counter were fine, but one staff member was full on sleeping on one of the tables. The fried chicken was dry and bland as with the sides, and the coleslaw we ordered was off and had to return it. There was no atmosphere, tables were dirty, no background music and the toilets were dirty and smelt. Couple of the soda taps didn’t dispense the drinks to the standard they should be. Honestly could not recommend this any less to anyone!

Walked in at 11:30 AM, staff told me the store was “closed” — even though Google says they open at 10 and the door was wide open. Came back to clarify and got a different excuse plus attitude. No sign, no apology, just unprofessional service. Went to another Popeyes right after and was treated perfectly. Avoid this location.

Came in at 11:40am to get a quick meal, only to be turn away because they have a big order. The staff told me they are only taking orders after 30mins.

If I’m able to give 0 ⭐️, I will mark 0 star ⭐️ for this location. Poor customer service. The cashier not friendly at all . Misunderstand customer needs , and give customer really Bad attitude. Speak their own weird words behind the customer . I won’t recommend my family & friends to go this location . Really bad experience .

Typical Popeyes. Always a good chicken sandwich. Friendly staff

I’ve been to this location many times after I switched from the Woodside Square location. The chicken has always been tasty and crispy. However, I was extremely disappointed with the chicken today. Someone forgot to add the salt, and the chicken was tasteless. We had to add salt to every piece of chicken.
