OMg! 🤮🤮🤮The chicken at this location was completely unacceptable—it was not fresh and seemed spoiled, with a bad odor that made it inedible. The mashed potatoes were equally bad, clearly spoiled with a sour taste, making it unfit for consumption. To make matters worse, the staff’s attitude was absolutely terrible. They were impatient, unhelpful, and outright rude when we asked simple questions. Such poor service only added to an already unpleasant experience and has seriously damaged my trust in the Popeyes brand.

The female manager was extremely rude. Every time I approached her with a question, she would just yell at me, dismissing me with “I’m not talking to you anymore.” It made me feel completely ignored and undervalued as a customer. I believe no one should have to endure that kind of treatment when simply trying to enjoy a meal. This behavior is unacceptable.

Bought 4 Thursday specials. Slightly hot, the meat is dry and hard. It seems like it was left out for a long time before being reheated. Very unpalatable.
