Hosted a family event for ~20 people and the service was amazing. The restaurant offers a great mix of Bengali and Indian cuisine but some of my personal favourites have to be the Achari kichuri with kala bhuna and the beef tehari.

Eating is as always an event full of pleasure and charm. Environment, Services Delivery, Manners and Etiquette of the staff, and billing and bading one good buy - all to be done like pro. Here, the Premium Sweets at Scarborough Toronto Ontario Canada is not an exception.
We took our lunch at Premium. This is the first time visit. Sorry to say, we could not get Wifi connectivity for guests - which is seen as a minimum expectation from the clients. I wanted to cover their other aspects as well, other than food.
Premium Sweets is a chain shop - a brand famous for sweetmeats. We buy sweets from this shop in Bangladesh. It has chain shops at a number of places. I took some photographs, that includes their bar codes for menu and Google Review. The services were up to mark. But items, it seemed to me, were costly compared to others.
We were very hungry. After we have done eating, only then I could realize - we could have taken some photos of the food items before we started eating. Going by taste, it can be rated as average. Pricewise, general expectancy of standard, quantity and taste remain high.
I would like that, during our next visit, they would improve the quality. Services were up to mark. To mention, the authority to pay studied attention to the details. Another pertinent point is free Wi-Fi. It may cost nothing, but it adds many things. I'm an avid eater and also a dedicated Google Maps reviewer. To me, Wi-Fi should be available to all customers once they check in for eating. Today, to me, I think our eating remains incomplete without sharing our eating together as a team of six with others who can't join us. We rejoice with pleasure with each other. We eat with our family, fellows, friends and relations in a festive fervor. We try to accommodate a live streaming session while we meet. This sharing of pleasure with others is very important, as they may be waiting to see us, especially those who are staying abroad and missing us all the time in every way...

Very disappointing experience. The food was mediocre, and the Kala Bhuna was completely off it tasted more like regular Beef Bhuna than authentic Kala Bhuna. On top of that, for a restaurant where most customers are Bengali, the music was all Hindi songs, which made the atmosphere feel disconnected from the crowd. Overall, not worth the hype.

Hi everyone all the customers I’m very sorry to review my experience but this is a 3rd time I went in premium sweet restaurant And I have very sad 😞 and disappointed experience Before it was really nice and clean now a new owner maybe I don’t know 🤷🏻♀️ and ya they really don’t clean the cutlery and serving plates and drinking water glass and serving person is have no idea 🤷🏻♀️ what they are doing this restaurant is was my favourite but yesterday I promised I will never go in there again almost every day a week I go with my husband and family to have some tea time or other food but sadly I have to stop 🛑 going im really sad 😔 main reason is they don’t clean dishes anymore i know maybe different people different opinions but trust me i don’t want to leave the reviews but i have to sadly 😞😞😢😢😢😢😢

With the ownership change a few years ago the biggest concern was the taste would change, thankfully not the case. Go here often, best kala bhula and achari khichuri anywhere. Decent kacchi and tehari, doi boras (kinda steep for 2 vadas) are impeccable.
