My best friend is from Uzbekistan and have had Uzbek Cuisine before. I ordered the Uzbek Palov with veal, carrots and rice and 5 baked beef samosas. The Palov had tender veal pieces and so delicious and savory. Loved the beef samosas too. The wrapper had a nice buttery taste and crunch. If you do order the Palov, it is recommended to call a day ahead. Fortunately someone had ordered it so they were able to prepare it right away. I will definitely come back and want to try...
Nice baked samosas. Chicken, beef and veggie. Huge difference eating a baked samosa vs deep fried. Nice and dry vs swimming in toxic canola oil. Paper bag stays dry vs soaked in oil within minutes for deep fried ones. Nice on the stomach and skin. Health food instead of deep fried unhealthy food. All three flavors were excellent and well filled. $2.25 each or $1.99 when you buy 5 or more. Well worth saving my stomach from unhealthy canola oil. I went late Saturday, so...
I got 12 Samosas, 5 Beef, 5 chicken, 2 spinach and cheese. All delicious and love the flavor and pastry. The owner lady is extremely nice and im excited to come back go try the grilled chicken and manti. ☺️
