I have been a Regino's customer for a while, but it was my first time ordering pizza here. It was disappointing; the dough was rough and the pizza was in bad condition. It is not comparable with the Thornhill branch. I assume that all branches should have the same quality. I would never recommend this place or order again.

Absolutely adore Regino’s! Every time I’ve ordered, it’s been super fast and perfectly made. I genuinely have nothing negative to say—everything from ordering to pickup has been smooth and flawless. Consistently great service and delicious food!

I never tried Reginos Pizza, trying it for the first time And was absolutely blown away Pizza done to perfection absolutely a thumbs up. Can’t wait for my next sitting. Big shout out to unit 621 10/10

I had the worst pizza experience of my life. The veggie pizza was undercooked and not baked properly. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼🙄😱
Requested for thin crust for delivery, and got refused. No customer service.
Absolutely disgusted with the quality of our order last night. Called store to inform them of issues was told to call this morning. 45 minutes later manager calls who I was told wasn’t available when o first called. Explained this numerous issues. Offered to remake order but it was 55 mins since our original order arrived and kids were fed something else. When 3 teens have 1 slice each of pizza and exclaim wow that’s gross please do t order there again you know darn well there’s a quality issue. Location manager was useless in resolving the issue. And no corporate phone number to be found anywhere.
One of the best pizzas I have ever had 👌
