Rollz Ice Cream and Dessert Vaughan

I have now been here 4 times and each time it says they are open I drive there and not open how do you sell ice cream when you are never open pretty ridiculous I would love to tell you how the ice cream is but maybe next time

Open till 11 went there at 9 and already closed

It says open on google maps but store is closed

Went there 2 days back to back and it was closed although it says open in google ! One day went in the evening, the next day went around 4pm and both the times it was closed. My friend if you don’t wanna run a business why to even have it ?

Don’t even honour the timings posted on the Google maps
Tried reaching them out by calling them nobody responds .

Everything here is delicious! I only wish there was better seating inside

Must try the matka kulfi or Ferrero Roche flavour. Staff is really friendly.

We popped-in after dining nearby to check-out the place. Ended up ordering the wild strawberry to try; the flavour was nice but didn't have much strawberries (in total it was half a strawberry chopped up) and there was a lot of food colouring since the pink was a dark magenta pink. The place needs to be cleaned, all the tables and some areas on the floor were sticky, some spills, dust at all corners; didn't feel good eating there with my kid. The worker was polite though.

This spot fell a bit short for us. We ordered the Oreo cheesecake roll ice cream, we were expecting some sort of cheesecake mixed in or as a topping. When they handed it to us, they mentioned they didn’t have any cheesecake. It would’ve been nice to know that when we ordered as we were the only ones in the store.

We also got a strawberry cheesecake waffle, and it took almost 30 minutes, but I understand that a waffle probably takes longer. The timing was a bit off since we got the Oreo ice cream first, and it obviously started melting while we waited. What was crazy was when we took the waffle back home, there were cheesecake pieces, where there were “no cheesecake pieces” for the other dessert LOL.

The place was also pretty messy with toppings scattered around the counter. Had high hopes from the reviews but was pretty disappointed and probably wouldn’t go back. That said, the person working there was polite, and perhaps, new.

Good ice cream but terrible service. Super slow. Not following line up. Love the place first time but the second time was super disappointed as people got in front of us out of line up.

Really cool way to prepare the ice cream. Very tasting and you can customize. There was only one person serving but he was able to give everybody attention. Excellent customer service!

I don’t think, they know what exactly they are doing, take a hell lot of time and poor customer service.

It is current 8:19 pm and it says they are open until 11pm or something and they are CLOSED super upset. Was excited to come here

Great milkshake and ice cream rolls. The only little disadvantage is lack of seats.
