I was also worried after seeing the reviews but what I recieved were drinks that tasted great.
I ordered the fresh lime,lime peach and grape jelly .......all were delicious

probably one of the best drinks you can get for sub 8 dollars these days

I only go for the strawberry mochi latte which is delicious but the owner does have a bit of an attitude lol lack of communication and they were cutting their nails over the counter too which was a bit eeeerrrr.... The customer service cancelled definitely be improved.

+ for delicious boba and tea and didn’t have any problems with staff or machine

Very happy with my strawberry mochi latte. Not a fan of their paper straws but appreciate the environmental initiative.

I ordered Uber Eats for their pearl milk tea which was under BOGO but when the order was completed the BOGO was removed from the BOGO section and I only received one drink. They also force you to buy a reusable bag per EACH drink you get. What a scam.

The worst experience I ever had. I want to order in the front it ask me to order in the machine, but the machine is not working,the server keep asking me use that and do not order for me. I don’t know how it can still open, worst ever

The two women rushing out to burn the grass jelly are very different. One has everything, and the other only has pearls, red beans and good powder.

We love mango drinks, so we tried the mango
Pomelo sago and the mango yogurt drink. They tasted quite similar but we enjoyed both. The yogurt one had a tea jelly which had very good flavour. The sago drink was also really good and came with fresh mango chunks. I’d definitely come back because they have many unique drinks on the menu.

Is your brain sick? Who collects money for paper bags? I was charged for two paper bags to buy two drinks, but I was only given one paper bag. Who could have thought of this?

The service is so bad

Please avoid this location. I went with two friends, three of us each asked for a drink, they managed to get all three wrong. One drink even had the right sticker with the wrong content. When we told them these are not what we ordered, the girl blamed that we didn’t catch it when she confirmed back the orders with us, which she never did. Finally the mid-age woman said these ones sell better than what we ordered and forced us to keep the wrong drinks so that everyone is happy. All of us speak Mandarin by the way, speechless.

Reading the reviews really scared me because I had a completely opposite experience. I loved the Strawberry Mochi latte; it had lots of Mochi. However, the mango pomelo sago had a mediocre taste, and the mango chunks were a little brown.
