The patties and samosas were rotten
Staff is so lazy.
I am very disappointed with my takeout order. The food was not warm, the naan was hard and difficult to eat, and the overall taste was not good. Considering the high prices, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, the food was not worth the cost.

Terrible quality. This is the chicken they gave me with my biriyani lol just the bone. I understand that it is possible for the meat to fall off the bone if cooked for too long but itโs their duty to check what the customer is getting. Also there was a literal lump of salt. You cannot make this up. I had to throw away half of the rice because of the salt. Never going back

Ordered 2 box chicken biryani through Doordash. I received color rice with uncooked chicken. Very little spices in biryani. I will never order again.

I went there to grab single chicken kabab wrap. They gave me the wrap which was soggy and Cold. It felt like the wrap was in the fridge and someone else ordered before and canceled. So they gave it to me. I have had their wraps before and they give you fresh and hot. This time it was bad when I called to complain, they started arguing. Very very unprofessional and bad customer service on their side. Never going there again. I am going to start going to BABU now.
Today I purchased the special deal for $27.99 from Silver Spoon, along with one pound of fish pakora, which I was incorrectly charged as lollipop chicken, and one shami bun kabab, which was served cold and was missing a piece of the shami kabab. Please see the attached photo.
I was very disappointed with how the food was packed. Harman packed the samosas and spring rolls together with the chicken, causing the samosas to absorb the chicken seasoning. Because of this, my kids did not want to eat them. The fish pakora also tasted old, cold, and very unpleasant.
I called the store to explain my concerns, especially regarding the chicken being mixed with the samosas and spring rolls, as well as the issue with my shami bun kabab. On previous visits, the special deal items were always packed separately in a brown bag. However, when I spoke to Harman, instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, she argued with me and stated that because it was a โspecial deal,โ everything had to be packed together.
I then asked to speak with the manager. At first, I was told there was no manager available, but I was later transferred to Shajee, who was very unprofessional, and I am not even sure if he was actually the manager. He simply said, โI canโt do anything right now. Next time ask them to pack it separately,โ and did not seem interested in listening to my concerns, offering a solution, or resolving the issue in any way.
I spent $54.57 and unfortunately did not receive the quality of food or customer service I expected. I believe I should be compensated for the fish pakora, as they were old and cold, as well as for the shami bun kabab, 2 samosas, and 2 spring rolls that were affected due to the improper packaging.
