Edit: I had beef kebab from here and it was rock hard. Why do you employee people that can't touch beef. Clearly either they don't want serve this or you guys don't care about your food at all and served yesterday's food again.

Thought I would give this cuisine a try, but ended up getting food poisoned. Had an upset stomach the whole night, and threw up constantly. AVOID THIS PLACE!

today was my birthday and ordered from silver spoon, had lot of hope to make the day special. unfortunately, it was a disappointment. I thought chicken 65 would be dry and spicy, they added sweety sauce...i felt like eating something sweet from tim hortons definetly not chicken 65. i doubt, the chef had really tasted 65 in past. Moreover, the chicken was old stock.

We generally order the chicken biryani. This time we ordered a bunch of dishes including the chicken tikka masala. My kids’ friends were home from university and some only eat halal, hence why we ordered here. The chicken tikka was BAD. The smell was so foul, it was unbearable and we couldn’t serve it to the kids. We’ve spent over $300 this week in food orders from this place. You would think they would care about repeat customers. I called to make a complaint and I was told that I had to bring the tikka masala in for them to know that my complaint was true. I explained that I couldn’t because I had to throw it out because it smelled so bad. The gentleman on the phone insisted I had to dig through my garbage and bring in the food and that they can’t or won’t do anything for us. Basically saying that I’m lying because no one else called to complain. No one probably called in because they are afraid to or don’t care to. That’s why businesses like these can get away with treating clients poorly. This is utterly disgusting and unacceptable. All they care about is serving as many customers as possible and not actually care about their customers returning. Quantity over quality is basically what matters. To end our phone conversation , there was no mutual understanding. The man on the phone insisted he was right and I was wrong. You have lost a loyal customer. But obviously that doesn’t matter to you because there will be so many others who will try and buy until they experience the same level of disappointment.

Normally a fan, but made the mistake of getting a Zarda from here and for $7.99 they give you mostly one-note rice and half a gulab jamun. Yes, you read that right. I understand shrinkflation but half a gulab jamun with zarda is embarrassing.

SLOW SERVICE, LONG LINES SHOULD HAVE MORE PEOPLE AT FRONT !! PEOPLE SERVING ARE GOJNG BACK AND FORTH DOING OTHER THINGS WHILE LONG LINE !! FOOD IS TASTY HOPE THE MANAGEMENT HAVE MORE PEOPLE SERVING FOOD

My family used to order takeout from here often, namely the chicken biryani and shami kabobs. Over time we noticed the portions getting smaller, quality getting worse, and price gradually increase. The food wasn’t bad, but we couldn’t justify buying from here anymore on the principle of value.

Chicken noodle was very awesome .. must try one time from here .. Its mouth watering 😋😋 i try from different places places but they have the best one ❤️
And if you like spicy food must food try Sindhi Biryani ❤️🍛🍛
