Like everything else, this store is not perfect, and there is always room to improve. But the staff here work very hard and they try their best, given the limited resources they have. Please ignore the negative reviews from the NPC's below. They are lying in their reviews, and they don't know how to treat others right to begin with. It's not fair to try and defame the hardworking baristas who already have a hard enough job as is. Don't disrespect service workers, and start screaming at/slandering just because you have to wait in que like a normal person. I get it- I too can get a little bit cranky when I don't have my caffeine fix. But I don't treat service workers like trash because I don't have my coffee yet. Either place your order and pick it up within an appropriate timeframe (it won't magically be ready the millisecond you order). Or, if you order in person, wait in que like a normal person. Don't be an entitled jerk and make the staff's lives harder. The world doesn't revolve around you, people below...
I've personally had no issues here with the workers; however, I unfortunately have witnessed customers throw tantrums like immature children and treat the staff poorly, just because they didn't get their ways. To those people, do better, or just go somewhere else and not make the baristas lives' miserable.

The worst branch I have visited!!!! No people ahead of me at this time, however they kept me waiting over 3 mins, and I can’t get my drinks over 20 mins!

This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I waited a long time for my order, even though I placed it in advance. They didn’t follow the customization I selected, and the drink tasted completely off. I always order the same thing at other Starbucks locations and never had an issue—only at this one. The staff seemed uninterested and unmotivated. It’s really disappointing not to be able to get what I want at a place that’s usually reliable.

We’ve given this place a chance about 15 times every time we come they are out of potato cheddar chive bake egg bites or they are out of Sriracha. They’re always out of something out of stock when you’re going there craving something and then getting hit with we don’t have it so who’s at the orders that’s doing the orders what are you guys doing? Sleeping behind the counter don’t waste your time with this place and the service is horrible. It’s like someone makes them come to work.
