I got an everything ham croissant this morning as my breakfast, however after a few bites I tasted mold, I immediately spit it out and noticed this has gone bad! So gross and unbelievably this could happen in Starbucks. I should’ve taken a picture but was rushing to work with no time.

Food, staff and atmosphere..all amazing. However, I do wish there were more charging outlets and seats. One of the better starbucks I’ve been to in the Scarborough area.

Horrible experience. I went through the drive thru Oct 14th between 730pm and 8pm. I paid by cash and gave $10 and gave my starbucks card for points. I did not get cash back and my points were not scanned. I ordered a Venti caramel brule. The young lady that took my order was chatting with her coworker and was clearly distracted. I called today as this has not been sitting well with me and the phone rang and eventually someone answered and hung up. Horrible customer service!

Terrible service, entitled lazy staff, dirty store. Waited 10 minutes for a black coffee.

I generally have no issues with this Starbucks location, however recently that changed. Zero care or thought was given to preparing and packaging my order. I'm not expecting perfection, I understand this is a fast food establishment. However, how is this acceptable?
Come on, Starbucks, don’t be lazy with the “shaken” part! My Iced Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso wasn’t shaken at all — just syrup at the bottom and milk on top. Funny
Place was nice clean and cozy . Try their summer drinks. Some were nice others like coconut lime did not hit the spot .

The barista who goes by the name Camille is rude and unprofessional. Otherwise the food is amazing and delicious.

Stay away from the drive thru. Been here in line for 15 minutes nearly. I even pre ordered my food and drinks too.
Stay clear
I'm leaving this review in the drive thru due to the length of time I've been here

This is the first time I have visited this Starbucks location and was pleasantly surprised by both the interior space and the friendliness of the staff.
The interior space is reasonably generous . The outside space has been made as pleasant as possible given the café is located in the middle of a parking lot.
On this visit, I ordered a cold brew and was served promptly and courteously. The quality of the coffee was really good and consistent with other Starbucks locations I have visited.
While not a destination café, I believe this is a good addition to the Midland coffee scene and if you are looking for your standard Starbucks brew, this is a good location to get it at.

I visit this location every day. In the mornings, Gabriel is always so quick with my drink. He delivers consistent high quality service and drinks. In the evenings, Elizabeth is a sweetheart and always puts a smile on my face every visit. Great baristas!

Like everything else, this store is not perfect, and there is always room to improve. But the staff here work very hard and they try their best, given the limited resources they have. Please ignore the negative reviews from the NPC's below. They are lying in their reviews, and they don't know how to treat others right to begin with. It's not fair to try and defame the hardworking baristas who already have a hard enough job as is. Don't disrespect service workers, and start screaming at/slandering just because you have to wait in que like a normal person. I get it- I too can get a little bit cranky when I don't have my caffeine fix. But I don't treat service workers like trash because I don't have my coffee yet. Either place your order and pick it up within an appropriate timeframe (it won't magically be ready the millisecond you order). Or, if you order in person, wait in que like a normal person. Don't be an entitled jerk and make the staff's lives harder. The world doesn't revolve around you, people below...
I've personally had no issues here with the workers; however, I unfortunately have witnessed customers throw tantrums like immature children and treat the staff poorly, just because they didn't get their ways. To those people, do better, or just go somewhere else and not make the baristas lives' miserable.
