Our experience at Street Momo was amazing!

I will start by giving a shoutout to our amazing amazing server. She was so attentive, helpful, and kind to us. She gave great recommendations since it was our first time, and they were totally incredible!

We had the jhol momi and the Thai Basil Noodle (recommended by our lovely server), which were both so so delicious.

The price was affordable, and the food was amazing. Would recommend this to my friends!

I had a very good experience of food and service.
I ordered tandoori veg momo and Achari momo. I like both in Achari, momo. I like salad, which they serve.i also ordered hot and sour soup that also amazing, and the waitress was so nice in nature.survice was good,
mainly the contiity was good.

This was my second time coming to Street Momo Scarborough location. The first time I came here, I was very happy with the delicious momos! We were excited to come back again - we ordered Chili chicken momos (again) and this time we tried the Singaporean Fried Chicken. The momos came out of the kitchen quickly and tasted great! However the Singaporean Fried Chicken took closer to 30 minutes to come out of the kitchen quickly- long after we ate the Momos and were beginning to wonder if they forgot about the rest of our order. When it did arrive, the Singaporean Fried Chicken left us very disappointed. On the menu it is described as “deep fried chicken tossed with dry red chili, cashew and pineapple.” The chicken may of been deep fried, but it was tossed into a yellow gelatinous broth with broccoli, cabbage, 1 cashew and zero pineapple. As a result the fried chicken was very soggy and not palatable. No one checked in on us to ask how the food was, and we actually left a lot untouched. When I went to pay, I expressed my disappointment in the dish, and the staff who was working said “it is a traditional Singaporean dish” and “many people who order it don’t like it.” If the dish was described accurately (fried chicken in broccoli and cabbage soup) I wouldn’t have made the mistake to order it.
I will only come back for the momos - skip the Singaporean Fried Chicken!

Sushma was our server, very patient and friendly person. She helped us in deciding the right order as per our taste. We ordered Schezwan noodles and schezwan momo. We love this place, will surely come again. This was our third visit.

First time dining in here. Sushma was our host/server and she was really really sweet and also asked if we liked the food. The food was good, we ordered chicken steam momo and chicken manchurian. It was fresh and hot with the perfect amount of spices in it. This restaurant is a must try and the atmosphere was really pleasant as well. There was enough parking at this time (10:30pm)

We ordered takeout from here and ordered the Haka noodles, Tandoori momos and Vegetable steamed dumplings. The food was flavourful and delicious! I was pleasantly surprised to see the dine-in area full on a Monday night at 8pm. A great neighbourhood gem. Would come here again!

My experience at this Street Momos location was quite different from the one at Oshawa.

The restaurant's ambiance was kind of casual dining. When we entered, it wasn't fully occupied so we thought we came in just at the right time. Surprisingly, there was only one person serving at five different tables and so we decided to place our order quickly to avoid longer delays.

The server was very busy serving the tables before us and when he came up to our table after waiting for a while, he wasn't apologetic and just said that it's busy today.

We ordered Hot & Sour Vegetable Soup, Veg Steam Momos, Veg Hakka Chow Mein, Veg Schezwan Fried Rice and Vegetable Manchurian.

Service was very slow. There was one family that came in after us and served before us. Not sure about the reason though. I wanted to ask the server but I just let it go.

The server brought all the items and soon the table was full with them.

The Hot & Sour soup had a watery texture and there was too much ginger in it. It lacked the taste and quality of an authentic Hot & Sour soup. There weren't any veggies in it other than just small pieces of tofu and very thinly sliced cabbage. It was very disappointing as we were craving to have a good soup at this place.

The Veg Steam Momos were a bit hard from outside and not as soft as I expected it to be. The veg filling inside it wasn't flavourful at all. The dip that was served along with the momos was a tomato chutney that is served along with south indian dishes and not the usual spicy momo sauce. This was again a complete let down.

The Veg Hakka Chow Mein tasted good but it had quite less veggies in it. The Veg Schezwan Fried Rice was great and a nice flavour to it but again the veggies in it weren't enough. It was also pretty spicy. The server mentioned before that the spice level will be fine to handle.

The last of the dishes, the Vegetable Manchurian was perfectly made in terms of both taste and quality. Pricing is a bit higher and the quantity for the food seems to be fine.

Nice and cozy place to enjoy Momos. They serve so many varieties of momos! Sweet chili potatoes is a must try item.
