Did not like the sub here. They don't even have a grill. Food tasted off. Mostly it was bread. Charged extra for crispy onions whereas other locations don't.

They do online orders very slow. My app showed me pickup was supposed to be for in 20 minutes after being placed say at 5:50 PM. I get a call from them at 5:43 pm to “confirm” my already PAID IN FULL. I get in at 6:05 and they were packing up the order. 30 minutes to complete an order. Whats the point of online orders then. Faster to just go to the store. This has happened a few times now prompting me to add this review. I paid in advance, gave a 20 minute lead time, dont make me wait long. Its fast food….

Everything single time I come here I always receive the worse customer service humanly possible. Its clear to me they prioritize online order over customers who walk in. They should only offer online service if this is the quality they offer. Completely disgusted.
