I’ve been to this location many times and i would say this is the best location in this area. Krishna/Vibha were outstanding with their customer service.
PLEASE TELL YOUR STAFF TO PUT ON NEW GLOVES WHEN MAKING SANDWICH. They cut the bread, put on the meat and toast...then they immediately head to the cash register and ask for payment WITH GLOVES ON, then they handled a Uber order, still with their gloves on, and then went to get the sandwich out of the oven and asked what I want on it....UH, MAYBE START BY CHANGING THE GLVOES YOU NASTY PERSON. I was so upset but didn't want to cause a scene. I told my toppings and walked out so so mad. Other Subway locations ALWAYS change gloves or MAKE THE SANDWICH FIRST AND THEN ASK FOR PAYMENT. This reduces risk of contamination. Please retrain your employees. This is Canada, this isn't India !!!!!!
Another time, a male employee came from the back with his gloves on and proceeded to ask what bread I wanted WITHOUT CHANGING HIS GLOVES. I'm sorry but I don't know what you were doing in the back. Please use NEW GLOVES when making sandwiches FOR EVERY CUSTOMER. Gloves are NOT expensive. Manager needs to take this seriously.
