The employee by the name Anjali had great customer service; she answered a few of my worries and allergies with confident knowledge about their products and she showed a very friendly vibe. I was welcomed and treated with patience and respect while ordering my subway sandwich. The vegetables and meat were also fresh and everything was clean and tidy! Definitely would come back to this location!

The girl on the night shift at around 3:00 am was very rude. She lacked the customer satisfactory tone and was laughing when asked about the meat being halal or not. She did not answer my question and just laughed and most importantly she was in a her phone busy talking while on duty. Highly not appreciated.

The girl that made my sandwich did not put very much veggies on it . Lots of bread still visible, never had a problem like this before. It I had to ask several tine for her to out more she out 1 piece of spinach more. Absolutely silly I won't be buy from here again .

Dhvani is absolutely the sweetest when I come to get my favourite oatmeal raisin cookie! She’s always kind and understanding with my order . Definitely love her!!!
October 28, 2024 at 12:40am i visited this place. What a bad experience to witness today. I came to order something but the staff is so so bad. Yelling loud. She talking so loud using her earphones at work. No customer service at all. Such a disrespectful behaviour in place like a hospital where staff is so busy and tired. Even cant get myself something to refresh.
Really bad staff at this hour. Hope @subway you do something good next time.

The worst Subway I have ever had. I love Subway but something is WRONG with this branch. No taste, no good service. I ordered a tuna sandwich with a lack of customer service from the girl at the front. She is just there to stare at you. NOT ORDERING AND WASTING MY MONEY AGAIN.

Terrible. The girl was on her phone, then when making the sandwiches, coughing and sneezing that I was glad masks were mandatory in the hospital. I feel like she over charged us. We ordered 2 $12.99 things and the total was $40 with tax. That isn't good math and she didn't even give us the receipt. She didn't even give us a ton of sauce/dip. Like the smallest dollop and that was it. For $40. I'm not even kidding. $40 for the worst subway sandwiches we've ever had. Terrible service and terrible sandwiches. Over charged us too.

Been here since Monday and man's get hungry.
So i stopped by tonight around 10:30PM not knowing how late it was open. Got a footlong sub made just the way I wanted. Not sure why comments seem negative ... if you want more veggies then just ask for it... smh. Do the staff not make the sandwich right in front of you after all??
And the girl working this evening was great. Basic communication skills goes a long way people.
Ate the sub at the seating area at Tim's. Walking back I even picked up 3 cookies just cuz the sub slapped.
