She talking so loud using her earphones at work. No customer service at all. Such a disrespectful behaviour in place like a hospital where staff is so busy and tired. Even cant get myself something to refresh.
Really bad staff at this hour. Hope @subway you do something good next time.

The worst Subway I have ever had. I love Subway but something is WRONG with this branch. No taste, no good service. I ordered a tuna sandwich with a lack of customer service from the girl at the front. She is just there to stare at you. NOT ORDERING AND WASTING MY MONEY AGAIN.

Terrible. The girl was on her phone, then when making the sandwiches, coughing and sneezing that I was glad masks were mandatory in the hospital. I feel like she over charged us. We ordered 2 $12.99 things and the total was $40 with tax. That isn't good math and she didn't even give us the receipt. She didn't even give us a ton of sauce/dip. Like the smallest dollop and that was it. For $40. I'm not even kidding. $40 for the worst subway sandwiches we've ever had. Terrible service and terrible sandwiches. Over charged us too.

Been here since Monday and man's get hungry.
So i stopped by tonight around 10:30PM not knowing how late it was open. Got a footlong sub made just the way I wanted. Not sure why comments seem negative ... if you want more veggies then just ask for it... smh. Do the staff not make the sandwich right in front of you after all??
And the girl working this evening was great. Basic communication skills goes a long way people.
Ate the sub at the seating area at Tim's. Walking back I even picked up 3 cookies just cuz the sub slapped.

I recently visited Subway and had a great experience. The service of Ritu was quick and friendly,and she ensuring my order was just right. The food quality was excellent—fresh ingredients and tasty bread. I enjoyed my sandwich and appreciated the generous portions. Overall, a solid choice for a quick and delicious meal.

The evening staff (indian girl) working in the centenary location is a small minded bigot. I was just looking at the drinks and this girl accused me of stealing a drink. And she only does this to specific race of people. This attitude is not acceptable in the workplace. I don’t understand why she is still working in the hospital location.
The woman there that was making the sub has an attitude and didn't put the vegies that I requested. Don't ever go to this location.

These people can’t even get the chips right, tomatoes used in sandwich are literally ends and even those are stale, half of the veggies mentioned in order ate missing, utter ignorance of quality
