I ordered a chicken soup online on 14th Spet 2025 around 3.30 pm. a female worker called and said that she did not have the soup that i ordered and she did not have an option to refund me. she asked me to call customer care and she did not have phone number of customer care. i google serached the phone number, i called them multiple time. but the call kept ending on its own. i tried requesting the refund using the AI chat, the AI chat asked me numerous questions but unable to help me. very disappointed by their service.

The employee by the name Anjali had great customer service; she answered a few of my worries and allergies with confident knowledge about their products and she showed a very friendly vibe. I was welcomed and treated with patience and respect while ordering my subway sandwich. The vegetables and meat were also fresh and everything was clean and tidy! Definitely would come back to this location!

The girl on the night shift at around 3:00 am was very rude. She lacked the customer satisfactory tone and was laughing when asked about the meat being halal or not. She did not answer my question and just laughed and most importantly she was in a her phone busy talking while on duty. Highly not appreciated.
The girl that made my sandwich did not put very much veggies on it . Lots of bread still visible, never had a problem like this before. It I had to ask several tine for her to out more she out 1 piece of spinach more. Absolutely silly I won't be buy from here again .
