We love this place! Friendly little community restaurant. The food is great and the service is awesome!
We live close by and have heard great things about this restaurant from our neighbours so we wanted to give it a try. We’re so glad we did! It was great! We were welcomed with a happy greeting and big smiles as we walked in by the staff and chef. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The place itself was very clean and organized. Food Kulture Bistro offers a diverse Caribbean-inspired menu that has garnered praise from many customers. The ackee and saltfish, curry goat, and patties are recognized as delicious, with the jerk chicken and beef being standout dishes. Recent reviews highlight the barbecued chicken, fried chicken, and jerk chicken as being seasoned perfectly and incredibly flavorful, with the fried chicken disappearing quickly at events. The rice and peas and coleslaw also received high praise, with one customer calling the coleslaw the best they’ve ever had.
While there have been some mixed reviews, with the fried dumpling reported as tough and the shrimp pasta needing more flavor, the restaurant remains known for its freshly made, flavorful dishes and welcoming atmosphere. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, making the experience enjoyable from start to finish. With a cozy interior and a patio that opens in the summer, Food Kulture Bistro is a great spot for anyone seeking tasty Jamaican food.
