My experience here was great!
The food was highly enjoyable and filling for a decent price. The customer service was excellent, and the atmosphere was pristine. I was the only one dining here for the entire hour of my stay.

Still good but portions have been inconsistent and become smaller over the years and prices have gone up (as with most places, but I find others kept the same portion sizes). Quality for the most part has stayed the same, except for some frozen desserts that I think are now pre-made (like the shaved ice).

We had gotten a mango bingsu, and it was okay. Just like some other reviews, the shaved ice was pretty hard. Which has to be the biggest downside to all of this.
