We have been to this location twice, once for my birthday and once for Easter.Both times we had Kristine as a server.Kristen was just amazing both times and provided beyond perfect service. - literally best service I’ve had anywhere in a long time.We come with our Grandma and Kristine is so kind in accommodating us with her.Food is really good too with great portions.Thank you Kristine, we look forward to visiting again. :)

I sincerely can't say enough positive about the Swiss chalet at Victoria Park and Sheppard. I regularly accompany my brother there for a multitude of reasons. He has Celiac Disease and every single time regardless of which manager is working be it Wendy or Joy the comfort and reassurance we receive that they will ensure the kitchen is properly cleaned and readied to prepare a safe Gluten free meal is outstanding. They go above and beyond. Emily has a heart full of warmth and humor. She is one of a kind and clearly loves taking care of her customers. Always a memorable experience. Thank you to all of you.

One of the best locations in the city. Outstanding service from Wendy, Billy, Emily and Joy who all made our visit special. Swiss Chalet really cares about and values their customers and this location provides not only excellent customer service but also knows how to make the customer feel satisfied and welcomed. I live in Mississauga and was in Scarborough at an appointment with one of my siblings and we decided to go to this Swiss Chalet and I must say that I am quite happy we went. The hostess was wonderful and so was the server, Monica. In fact, my sister remembered Monica from another time we went there. The food was very hot and delicious. The fries were hot and crispy just the way I like it, the portion was enough for two people. Coffee hit the spot and I was very happily surprised that you kept up with the tradition of the finger bowl. Love the apple pie and ice cream. Keep up the great job!!!

We were there for Harvey's and their burger is always cook well and is very fresh. Customer service was good to.Parking: I would say parking is plentiful but you have to find it because Its a busy plaza with a supermarket across the Harvey's.
