Few things: - Door glass was dirty with fingerprints. The tables were not clean- by the washroom near the back corner there was dirt.- Presentation for the food was sloppy/messy. -Chicken or beef chipulas was not crispy it was softs and not even labelled so I could not tell which one was beef or chicken until I went to eat them. Also got popcorn chicken and they forgot to give the sauce for it.The manager heard the feedback and acted up the feedback I provided. Maybe it was the wrong timing. However, I spent 37.00 I barley had to give this location a try. I asked them how do you view your store and would you eat this if it was presented to you in a sloppy way. Manager explained to me they had a rush so the food didn't look appealing. ok Granted. Manager said if I saw the food was not looking great I should of took it back. But why not get it right the first time? Then you would not have to waste product. Presentation of food should look like you want to eat it. Also check you order before handing them out. Looks appealing to the eye. The only thing that looked proper were french fries from KFC. Customer service was great they heard what I had to say and understood.Parking: parking not the issue. Presentation and being clean by bussing the tables and also check your orders make sure its accurate.

Ordered chicken soft taco combo, cheese sauce and chips instead of fries. Omg, soft tacos were tasteless, chicken, cheese & lettuce. NO onion, tomatoes or cilantro? Chips were stale, horrible experience, save your money, Taco Bell in Ajax is excellent, try them for sure!!

SECONDLY, where is my cheese??? that's like the whole reason I want taco bell.

I mean, it's Taco Bell...you pretty much know what you're getting yourself into. The people taking your order are pleasant, and they're fairly quick. The Hot Wings and the Fries Supreme are faves of mine!

The vibe is so off in here. The manager is always mad and cranky mumbles while asking what sauce you want. You can just tell the workers aren't happy. The food sucks. Stingy with the topping the fries are almost bare on a fries supreme. Same with taco toppings. The fries are super salty. Not the best taco bell
I recently visited Taco Bell and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The food was stale and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Not only that, but I asked for a cup of water and was shocked when I was told it would cost me $1.49. Are you serious? I understand charging for soda, but water? That's just ridiculous. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, yet I felt like I was being nickel and dimed. The customer service was also lacking, as the employees were rude and seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone else. Save your money and go elsewhere for decent food and service.

Somewhat rough area and orders go wrong 20% of the time. App and Uber both say it has regular Mountain Dew which is incorrect. Otherwise, they do make an effort, I just feel management doesn't care highly and that reflects.
Staff are extremely dishonest, be careful. Bought tacos on "Taco Tuesday", but they charged me regular price even when I inquired about the sale. They didn't include the receipt either.After checking online, I returned to them and asked another cashier (initial cashier called her), she acted like she hadn't heard of "Taco Tuesday" either even though it was advertised on their web site; I showed her my phone and then she miraculously remembered, "Ohhh". She then proceeds to give me incorrect refund (short-changed me)... wasn't worth dealing with them any further.Very disappointed with this location after frequenting for years.

they are too busy doing skip orders to take orders from customers that actually took the time to come in. i left after 10 minutes of waiting. oh and there was no other walk ins other than me at 7:45 on a friday night.i would give them a zero but i can't.Parking: lots of parking should have been my tip not to go in .
