I recently visited Taco Bell and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The food was stale and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Not only that, but I asked for a cup of water and was shocked when I was told it would cost me $1.49. Are you serious? I understand charging for soda, but water? That's just ridiculous. Somewhat rough area and orders go wrong 20% of the time. App and Uber both say it has regular Mountain Dew which is incorrect. Otherwise, they do make an effort, I just feel management doesn't care highly and that reflects.

The vibe is so off in here. The manager is always mad and cranky mumbles while asking what sauce you want. You can just tell the workers aren't happy. The food sucks. Stingy with the topping the fries are almost bare on a fries supreme. Same with taco toppings. The fries are super salty. Not the best taco bell
