Tang Home Style Lamb & Beef is a family-run restaurant offering delicious Shaanxi cuisine. Popular dishes include Biang Biang noodles with a bouncy chewy texture and flavorful broth, as well as fried spicy lamb with rich flavor. The hand-pulled noodles are the best around, wonderfully balanced in spice and salt. Other favorites include stir fry cumin lamb, pork Tang's burger, spicy cold noodle salad, and lamb skewers. The pork bun is super juicy and exclusive to this special place.
While the interior design could use some work, the food more than makes up for it. Staff speak Mandarin and English, and though the English menu translation isn’t perfect, the owner is very nice and offers help with ordering. Portion sizes are adequate, and prices are reasonable considering the taste and service. It's recommended to come early for parking in the small lot. The phrase "home style" in the name makes total sense—it feels like eating at a friend’s family home.
