The food was delicious. I normally don't eat beets but they were very good. The staff was very pleasant.
Had a fantastic meal however the service was less than adequate. I had booked a table for the dining room and for my sister's birthday when we got there, they went to put us in the bar and we said no I have requested the dining room which they changed us right away. Never asked what occasion I was there for even though I was there for a birthday. Our appetizer came after we finished our meal, which was very disappointing.
I had requestedeated a well done steak and got medium well. I requested dessert with no Carmel sause and came out with Carmel sause. This is not the first time this has happened.
My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and had the most amazing evening at the Keg. Food was fantastic, as always, our server Tamara was phenomenal. Highly recommend!
Food was excellent and a good value for the amount of food. Wine bottles were fairly priced. Our server was great. We did have to wait a bit to be seated even though we had reservations and there wasn't a lot of sitting available while waiting, other than that everything was great.
Overall great experience. We were unlucky to have a 4 year old running by us every 2 minutes.
We are light eaters and chose the baked salmon and the smallest prime rib from the extensive menu. Our server was super nice and a seasoned employee ( JOY) of the Keg. Presentation was dramatic and came piping hot. Wen were celebrating a birthday. So a desert courtesy of the Keg finished our wonderful dinner out. You will not ever be disappointed having chosen THE KEG of a dining out experience.
We had high opens from keg but unfortunately it didn't meet our expectations. I order was sent to us incorrectly ( we ordered the sirloin and lobster and we given just the sirloin and a seafood topper) The prime rib was lacking seasoning and was tad under cooked for me. We don't make a fuss at the hotel and also tip well because we understand things can go wrong but it didn't live up to our expectations at all. The $200 spend was not worth it.
Shoutout to Simone for being the best waitress ever!! Her service and positive attitude is the reason I will continue to come back.
I have been to multiple different locations of the Keg but I wouldn't personally recommend this one. Our waiter service was quite slow & the food wasn't very hot when it arrived.

Everything was very good. We thought it was a great meal. Our server Melissa was great, very warm and friendly. She was extremely pleasant and helpfu. Someone we would ask for again.
The Keg is always good to go to especially when life gets busy. My friend took me there as it was long overdue and perfect reason to catch up before upcoming surgery. Our host Joyce is amazing we've had her before and her memory with my allergies and likes was on point and impressive. Such an amazing lady she is bubbly and friendly. Definitely going back on my down time to make sure I have a proper meal as I won't be able to cook. Amazing food only down size was they took away the mini crembruela . Outside of that 9 out of 10
La experiencia fue excelente.Servicio, ambiente y por supuesto la comida fue extraordinaria.Lo recomiendo al 100%.
3 of the 4 dishes were perfect. The lobster roll had a sandy taste to it so the meal was replaced. Andrew, the waiter, was top notch and very professional. Overall, a very good experience.
The keg estate drive is a great place to enjoy great food and fantastic service. Matt our server was absolutely amazing 👏
