I had take out of the classic Thai boat noodle but the taste was horrible! The daikon and vegetables were bitter, the broth was also not flavourful, nothing compared to the one I had in Thailand. It’s a shame because their cart noodle was not bad….

i have always been crazy about thai food, and 555 boat noodles have been my fav. but its kinda far from me. Tried this a couple times and i quite like it..their raw prawn, and fishballs are gooood. i mean they basically use the same sauce but that sauce is gooood =P their boat noodles are so-so...its weird that you have to add your own condiments, i didnt know this at first and the noodles was kinda blah, so i recommend adding those extra condiments they give you on the side. I certainly will go back!

I love their beef soup with thin noodle combination.

Compared to another branch of this place, the customer service at this location was extremely poor. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, with visibly bad attitudes. I had to ask multiple times just to get basic assistance.
One staff member in particular — a younger woman with medium-length black hair and glasses — clearly didn’t want to be there. Her expression and tone made it feel like helping customers was a burden. I arrived around 6 p.m., and even though the place doesn’t close until 8, she was already acting like she was in a rush to finish the day and didn’t want to serve anyone.
It’s disappointing to be treated like an inconvenience, especially when other branches show much better service. This kind of attitude really affects the customer experience in a negative way.

They used to have afternoon tea, but it seems they cancelled it recently. While I was eating, another customer came in and asked if there was afternoon tea. The waiter told him to go to the restaurant next door as they had afternoon tea. This is the first time I see a waiter asking customers to eat at another restaurant.
As for the food, it was ok, but I don't like noodles. So I just ordered 4 toppings. I originally wanted to purchase their fish balls, milk tea and fish meat soup too. but they said that I couldn't add them without noodles. Ok, that saved me ten dollars.

This quick-service noodle spot, owned by the same proprietor as The LC Cafe in the same plaza, specializes in Hong Kong street-style noodles. Diners can customize their meal by selecting their preferred noodles, an array of toppings, and a variety of add-ons. While it offers a well-known Hong Kong-style snack, both the flavors and the selection fall noticeably short of authentic taste.

Good food
This is my son and I’s favorite restaurants. Every time we order noodles and chicken wings, my son always finishes the whole bowl, including his soup! 😋I recommend you to eat brown sugar flavor!
Second time here. Great service. Noodles are delicious. Price is great for the quality.
Made me feel like I was back at home in Hong Kong. Friendly service from a super team of staff who were polite and, most importantly, incredibly efficient. The food was absolutely delicious. Wonderful broth, the toppings were excellent (order the curry fish balls and beef brisket), and the portion size was more than sufficient. Doesn’t get much better than this if you’re looking for Cart Noodles in the GTA.

Best Hong Kong-style cart noodles in Toronto. Hands down. The options are numerous and the portions are generous. You can’t really go wrong unless you hate a hot soup of noodles.

Decided to try the Scarborough location since it's much closer to home. Unfortunately, it's not as good as the Markham location.
- The broth is very bland. Barely even any salt.
- I found a large piece of onion skin in my food.
- Tripe had a strange flavour that I can only describe as dusty
- Brisket isn't tender like the one in Markham. Here, it's tougher, drier, and lacks flavour.
I'll take the longer trip to Markham location from on.
