“Clean store, welcoming staff, and consistent quality. Orders are prepared quickly and correctly. One of the better Tim Hortons locations.”

I like this place but I am not going here anymore because its too hard to find a parking spot because the mosque next door uses it as parking.

Worst Tim hortons. My drinks could have fallen thru the tray and it looks as if it was done on purpose. They also charge for iced drinks that are 90% ice.
Horrible service and quality of food along with the drinks are just appalling. Not worth the money.

Just a log here, if things go south.
EDIT: Just found out the owner is Randy Perhar.
EDIT 2: Checked out the reviews, this place is known for being rude.
This store turned out real bad for me.
These days, I can’t always afford to buy coffee. I’m poor, racialized South Asian and just trying to dig out of a hole. So I bring my beat-up laptop to this Tim Hortons, sit at the crooked two-seater table in the corner—the one nobody wants anyway—and use the free Wi-Fi to job hunt, apply for aid, figure out rent. No noise. No mess. The store’s mostly empty every time—never a crowd fighting for seats, just echoes and that burnt coffee smell.
But the staff? They clock me the second I walk in. I look poor, right? Worn clothes, no fancy order. Even when I do scrape together $2 for a small black, they act weird—side-eyes, slow service, like I’m stealing air. They know I’m broke, so mostly I don’t order at all. Just sit quiet, head down, working. Feels like poverty’s a crime here.
Yesterday: Exhausted from applications and no sleep, I dozed off for like 10 minutes at that wobbly table. Owner swoops in, no chit-chat:
“You have to leave.”
I got it—packed up, left. No fuss.
Today: Back again, same empty store, same forgotten corner. Laptop open, typing resumes. Not sleeping. Not bothering a soul.
Owner barrels over:
“You are not allowed here.”
I kept it calm:
“Why? Other people—sit for hours every day. No purchase, laptops out, chatting loud, even causing little chaos sometimes. They’re fine. Why me?”
He doubled down:
“No. You are not allowed.”
“This feels so unfair—like discrimination based on race and me looking poor. Can I have your name for a complaint?”
He smirked, arrogant as hell:
“I AM THE OWNER. Find my name yourself. I’m not giving it to you. Complain wherever—I DON’T CARE.”
That hit like a gut punch. It’s not rules. It’s racism + classism. Since I am poor, just surviving? Banned. Staff treat me like dirt ‘cause they smell broke on me. Tim’s is “Canada’s spot,” eh? Not if you’re not loaded.

It's literally Double Double. The drive-thru at this spot? It's like they're playing order bingo and you never win. I've grabbed my go-to iced cap and breakfast wrap here more times than I can count, but every single visit ends the same: they hand over the bag, I peek inside on the way home, and—bam—wrong sandwich, missing add-ons, or coffee that's got cream when I said black.

Had an amazing experience at Tim Hortons. Paritosh was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive — he made sure my order was perfect and served with a smile. It’s always nice to see someone who truly cares about good customer service. The coffee was fresh, the food was great, and Paritosh made the visit even better. Thanks for the excellent service!

Service is good, decent dining area, but the coffee tastes like hot water always. Writing this review to hopefully have that changed. Please stop watering down the coffee/check the machines.
