She takes the time to listen carefully to orders and serves with a warm smile, which really brightens the day. It’s always a pleasure to be helped by her—she’s a wonderful example of great customer service!
Yesterday I visited this tim hortons location and I ordered sausage English muffin and I specifically told them to change the gloves but the girl who was making the sandwich did not change the gloves and when I asked her to make it again as I am allergic to bacon then she refused to give me the new one so I asked for the refund but she was giving me some excuses that it’s too busy I will help you in 10 minutes but I was in a rush so I couldn’t wait for 10 minutes and I can say by looking at her , that tim hortons should upgrade their hygiene standards. She did not give me good service as well and when I asked to talk to manager she told that she was that manager and her name was PARI. Worst location ever…
