Lies to you about the washrooms being broken and no water pressure to flush but the sign is up everyday, and they have been lying to customers for months, since no other stores in the plaza has this problem. They obviously just don’t want to open the washroom and clean them, well then I’m never returning to this location again. Honestly lies like this is absolutely disgusting, Tim Hortons have gotten worse and worse over the years, I’m now seriously conserving never going to any Tim Hortons ever again.

The girl w glasses dropped the cup on the floor and reused it. Seriously these staffs needs to be retrained.
I told her I don’t want that cup. She still gave me that same cup. So dirty.
Coffee wasn’t even full. Washroom not available after 12 pm. They always have a sign in regards about washroom not available everyday. Will be reporting you to health and safety.
