We had a great experience at Tim Hortons today, thanks to Mike and the rest of the crew. Their efficient and friendly servicd had us in and out in no time. Mike’s exceptional customer service truly stood out—he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. It’s always refreshing to see a team that works efficiently while keeping such a positive attitude. This location continues to impress, and Mike definitely deserves recognition for going above and beyond!

Staffs shows no patience to some customers not speaking good in English ! Not the first time and won't be the last time ! Please shows respect to everyone because you guys are from different countries and I can tell you guys are not in perfect English as well. Owner should provide more training to all staffs. Good luck.

Stay away from this place. They messed up my basic order for a latte and I saw that and pointed out that portions are all wrong (4 portions of milk with two drips of sugar for a caramel latte whilst adding over the counter coffee), the barista wanted to pick an argument. When I calmly asked him to do it right, his manager had to step in to ask him to make a latte (Using the machine with presets) +. I'm not sure whether it was ignorance or pride but don't take your customers to be dimwit. Also, he set aside the milk and sugar mix to serve it to the next gullible customer that walks in. Never visiting this establishment again
