There is a girl working, name Sweeta. While taking my order, she was extremely rude, showing no courtesy or professionalism. Her behavior made the experience unpleasant and unwelcoming. I urge management to address this and ensure staff treat customers with respect and kindness.

The one who served my order was impolite. She asked if someone did a mobile order, I said yes. She was filling coffee, and about to put at mobile order sign area. When I was to pick up, she raised the voice saying not mine but another customer's who ordered in store. Confusing.
