I am giving this location 5 stars because of one employee (Puspa - I hope I got that right). While the other 2 staff members I came in contact with were also great, Puspa went above and beyond. When I arrived and ordered a coffee, I saw that they had many apple fritters -being my dads favourite I thought I would get him one when I was leaving. I drank my coffee and when I came back they didn't have any more. Apparently everyone had the same idea or craving. This was around 6:30 PM so I thought they would be done for the day. Then I saw Puspa bringing out some other donuts and filling the racks. I asked her if they had any more apple fritters. She said she was making them and if I gave her 5 minutes she would get them out for me. I was not expecting that, first of all I didn't realize they did anything other than unpack donuts these days at Tims (but I saw her in the back icing them) and secondly, it was late in the day so I didn't think they would be replenishing the donut supply with fresh made (I just assumed they were ones they kept in the back). True to her word, when I came back in 5 minutes she called me over and packed up 2 warm apple fritters for me. She warned me they would be hot in the middle so wait a bit before eating, which was fine since I was taking them home to my dad. He said they were really good and of course fresh. This was the best experience I have had at Tim Hortons in a long time. I have been disenchanted with them and while I am still not a fan of their food or most locations, Puspa made this experience note worthy and the overall location is the best I have been in for at least a decade.

I was at hospital, firstly I went the Tim Horton which is in hospital but they were no serving habanero veggie bowl, then I came to this Tim Horton, I ordered habanero veggie bowl when I came home and checked, I found chicken in it. I am vegetarian and I was sick. I called 2 times, they were not answering the call.

I am at the Neilson and Ellesmere in the food basics plaza on Nov 29, 2025 for breakfast, how uninviting, a man sleeping in the booth. We needed to get the manager's attention, none of the staff addressed getting the person to sit up and not be sleeping. This location is run down!!!

I just ordered with 1 bag orig blend but they did not include in delivery. Was calling many times but just listening to my voice. Then drop the phone pls refund my money.
My friend bought a crispy cilantro lime bowl. And when she checked before taking a bite. She tasted the sauce and instead of having the right sauce which is the cilantro lime sauce. Instead it’s a spicy sauce. Whoever made my friend’s food. Please understand what sauce ur putting. You never know if someone can be allergic to it. In general. I’m pretty sure before you all make these type of foods. Theirs training videos u guys watch. So either you rewatch that video of how to make the cilantro bowl or whatever food that you’re struggling with. I understand you’re a human being. But please please please. Dont rush to picked up the sauce and not reading it if it’s the right sauce or not. Hopefully she learn her lesson. It was a girl who made my friend food. Thank you.

This branch in Ellesmere and Nielsen has service crews that smiles and is welcoming. In the couple times I can by at night this is the experience I/ we had. Kudos also to CJ the service crew/ cashier who always attends to us.

Very bad customer service. The employee ignored me and a few other customers because she was talking to a another lady in their own language for a very long time. I know they were not talking about an order because I know and perfectly understood the language. She served us only after the chit chat. Very disappointed.

It used to be one of my favorite Timmy’s and now the service has gone down the tubes. It feels like you are in Philippines as the staff talk to each other so loud in Tagalog. It makes me wonder how the system allows you to have the same ethinic staff just because you may be owning the place . Some of them are very rude as well. I am not just disappointed about this place, but feel hurt at also.
