Worst experience today. I asked politely for ketchup with my wedges and the staff member manning the make table(probably a shift manager with the way she was behaving) replied, ‘There’s already some there.’ When I asked for a little more, she rolled her eyes at me and slammed the sachets on the shelf. I obviously didn’t take them and instead thanked her for her ‘great service.’ She then replied ‘you’re welcome’ in the most condescending tone. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior.

I ordered lg dd coffee tastes like there was tea mixed in it had to throw it out also ordered toasted everything bagel with butter and cream cheese was barely warm no butter barely any cream cheese and pieces of egg on it were they cut it in half this is not the first time I've had this experience here not going back

Teach them to prepare the order on customer demand. It is really unexpected to recieve what they want us to have despite what i ordered
Hi there, I came through the drive-thru around 12:15 PM and had a lovely interaction with the sweet girl at the window. I mentioned I was playing cricket on the ground beside Food Basics at the end of the plaza, and she said she might come watch after her shift.

Drive through too slow
Usually very busy and crowded. Food is good, staff are courteous and friendly

This is the third time I have had a bad experience . I don't know if the people are inexperienced but the first time I got stale wedges not even heated properly. The second time I got French vanilla but it tasted different and now today the wedges were like rock too hard. They heated it too much and wedges lost the tenderness.

The kitchen staff service was very poor. They were so busy chatting on their own language, instead of checking the customers orders. They wasting everybody’s time chatting instead of making food for the customers. Thus very bad experience

I ordered large black Iced coffee with espresso shot, the person who took my order literally poured half of the cup with coffee as the iced coffee pot was empty and she was struggling to tilt the iced coffee pot and she couldn’t take out more coffee as THE POT WAS EMPTY, rather than filling more coffee she literally put 2-3 times ice in it. When I complained that she filled only half cup, she started to argue that in ice coffee they fill only half cup of coffee and rest of the half cup with ice.
It seems she needs some training on how to make ice coffee WHEN THE POT IS EMPTY.

This location is awful. It's a 24 hour drive thru location yet if you come after midnight good luck getting even a donut. They always run out of everything, no clue why they stay 24 hours if all you can get is drinks. They won't re stock until 4 am, an hour before din in opens.

Waited more than 20 walk in line for a coffee
Interesting enough, I saw in the reviews someone else had this to say too. I was trying to give my order to the Filipino female staff member this evening (9:30pm) but she kept laughing and talking to her coworkers. I had to repeat my order 3 separate times. Mind you, I’m Caucasian, english is my first language, no accent, and I said it clear as day in two separate ways when she didn’t hear me the first time.
When I finally got up to the drive thru to receive my order (just a large regular coffee) the guys in the back making my drink were yelling and dancing around. Must be a nice job where you get to party during your shift. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the female staff member.
To the owner, I’ve already made contact with someone via the Tim Hortons website, so you don’t have to copy and paste that response to me. To review readers, I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location.
