This location is close to my home, so I frequently drink coffee here for years. The service in the day time is getting worse and worse, especially its so-called manager, a lady with a red dot on face. When I asked for a sleeve for extra large coffee, don't know why she blamed me again and again in a mumble, asked me to order a sleeve with coffee... I talked to her about this, her attitude was very rude... I take coffee in different locations, never experienced like this, most locations put the sleeve on the counter, this location is peculiar, you have to ask for a sleeve. While when I asked, she was so impatient... The reason why I give some stars just because the night staff are pretty nice, they know very well what they are doing for customers, and I like them very much.

Staff were great and the location looked clean and very nice. Honestly think all Tim’s should have an interior like this. Though shrinkflation is crazy, Farmers Wrap is literally half the size it was even a few months ago, with minimal packaging.

I have ordered 2 small dd and 6 timbits the girl told me we don't have 6 timbit , we only have 4 ,10 and 20 like seriously. 😡Please give them a good training and need more knowledge. You can't say to your customers like that I know you have a option for timbit and u can buy just 1 timbit. If I have option I would give 0 star very disappointed.
Been two years since I am visiting this place and it’s a Great experience every single time I visit there the staff is super friendly , and even during rush hours they manage to serve with great efficiency and quality . I have rarely seen this kind of coordination in between staff and management that they can provide such a great service every single time.

It’s clear she is dedicated to customer satisfaction and keeps everything running without a hitch. The store is always clean, and my orders are consistently prepared quickly and accurately.
