Yesterday i went for a French vanilla with my survey receipt and these guys literally refused to give me that I'm born and brought up in canada and since the age of 9 I'm having French vanilla none of the Tim Hortons has ever refused me to give French Vanilla with 1/2 original blend while getting the survey discount!

This the most worst Tim Hortons I've ever seen in GTA i went for a Hot chocolate with my offer survey receipt for the discount asked for the extra large hot chocolate with 1/4th dark roast the staff refused when i showed them a proof that this is valid and can be done they denied again the amount of sugar hot chocolate has is not suitable for my body and every other tim hortons allow this thing infact i used to work in tim hortons a year back in old toronto and everyday numerous guests used to come and asked for French vanilla with 1/2 original blend and give us the receipt i never denied to serve them and neither any other tim hortons refused to serve me!
I think the staff should know how things work

This Tim Hortons is pretty decent. The coffee is usually fresh, and the staff is friendly enough. Even during the morning rush, the staff manages to keep things running smoothly. The place is usually kept clean, and they haven't messed up my order yet, which is a win! Overall, it's a solid Tim's if you're in the area.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Tim Hortons location. The customer service was outright rude—no courtesy, no professionalism, no basic respect. This was not a minor slip; it was a clear attitude problem.
If this behavior reflects the standards being set by the store manager, then there is a serious failure in leadership and training. Either staff are not being trained properly, or there are internal issues being ignored—both are unacceptable for a brand of this size and reputation.
Customer-facing roles demand basic manners. If management does not take immediate corrective action, I will have no hesitation in escalating this matter directly to headquarters. Customers should not be treated with arrogance or disrespect—period.
This location seriously needs oversight, accountability, and a wake-up call.
I used points to redeem a cup of dark roast coffee, but he only gave me a regular.(mobile order)

I wish I can give one star. This location is the worst of them all. Dirty tables and rude manager. She is unprofessional yelling at everyone. Zero customer service I don’t know how she became manager with this attitude. She needs to be fired immediately.

First of all every single day the washroom is absolutely disgusting, tables and floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. And the manager there is so disrespectful and raises his voice as his loyal customers. I go there everyday with 4-5 people. She abuses her managerial position in a way that puts others below her.
Always dirty tables and toilets.
Very rude staff and disrespectful.

This my first time at this location and I had a horrible experience. The lady already seemed rude before I ordered. Mind you it was busy in there. I asked simply for a croissant sandwich with sausage and bacon (farmers market). She proceeds to ask an employee if they have any more pinch croissant. I personally was ok with the regular croissant they only had 1 pinch. But I didn't want the other options when there were literally a fresh batch of croissant on shelf. The lady tells me nope she cant do that as they dont do that anymore. Im like but thats what I want and explained if I go somewhere else this is inconvience to me when I know another location will charge me for what I want or ask for. I feel I should've asked for a manager but it was getting busy in there. I was so upset she didn't think to ask the other employee if it was possible to offer me the croissant rather than telling a customer blatantly NO. As thats somehow their policy. I just find tim hortons are never consistent with these so called policies I feel they decide to create on the spot. I feel at this moment tim hortons has lost me as a customer. To be treated like that was not professional. I literally got what I asked for no hesitation at another location which I appreciated but it was out of my way to back track on way to my job. What happened to convenience?
