I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for about 6 months, and Shanika has always been amazing. Even during the busiest rushes, she stays calm and handles everything properly. She serves fast, is always polite, and makes sure the orders are right. You can really tell she cares about the customers. She’s one of the best workers here.

I’ve tried iced caps from many Tim Hortons locations, but this branch makes the best one. Perfect flavour and perfect consistency — they get it right every single time.

Today’s visit to Tim Hortons turned into a beautiful memory. After 6 long years, I finally tasted a chai tea that felt like the world’s best warm, rich, and comforting in every sip. What made the experience even more special was the kindness and smile of Sizzal. Her warm welcome added a personal touch that made me feel at home.
