Food: The food was just as expected, consistent with what you’d find at any Tim Hortons, which is always a good thing.
Service: The service was fast and professional, exactly how I prefer it.
Ambiance: While there's no drive-thru, the seating area was comfortable. The space was clean, modern, and a nice spot to sit and enjoy my meal.
Accessibility: There were self opening doors, and it was pretty level. Which I appreciate.

Today I placed the order through Tim's app when I was sitting in my car outside the coffee shop. Then as soon as I step into the door, my food and drink was ready with the receipt. This kind of excellent speed of service really surprised me. At some other Tim's, I had to ask the server and mention my order number first, some times I had to wait long to get the mobile order, even slower than waiting in line.
